  • Yogurt cake in 2 minutes! (excluding cooking and rest in the fridge). Perfect for a light dessert after dinner or lunch. Without flour and without added sugar (we use here a sweetened or flavored natural yogurt). very tasty!
    Ingredients:
    plain sweetened yogurt 400g
    4 eggs
    corn starch 40g
    use 18-20cm baking dish
    bake at 170C for 35-50 minutes

    I used maple syrup -- vanilla and cinnamon added w be nice as well as GOOD flavorful honey like Orange Blossom. Trying again today with honey. Scoop of vanilla ice cream tops it off.

    I made this recipe, yesterday. Everything turned out exactly as shown in the video, except the flavor is missing. I used vanilla yogurt. What could I improve upon? Thank you for sharing.

      I recommend vanilla flavour , or coconut would be nice too, if you like it

    This is basically egg custard made with yoghurt not milk and since egg will set when baked, I can't understand the cornflour? I would have just added some vanilla seeds..

      cornflour is cornstarch in USA
