Recipe for yogurt without flour and fat.
When you have yogurt, make this easy cake that you will be amazed! Cooking cake is very easy and doesn't take much time. Cook the cake according to this recipe for exactly 5 minutes (excluding baking time). Although simple, the cake is delicious. The cake is suitable as a dessert for tea. Keep this recipe for future reference.
Preparation:
4 eggs
a pinch of salt
1.5 cups of yogurt (350 g)
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Starch - 3 tablespoons
Peel of 1 orange
Powdered sugar for dusting.
Ingredients:
4 egg whites and a pinch of salt.
Beat with a mixer for 5-6 minutes.
4 egg yolks.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
Beat well with a mixer.
Add 1.5 cups (350 g) of yogurt.
Add 0.5 teaspoons of vanilla sugar.
Add 3 tablespoons of starch.
Mix well.
Add protein mass.
Wrap the shape (20 cm) with parchment paper.
Put the dough in a mold.
Put in the oven at 170 ° C for 30-40 minutes.
Let the cake cool in an open oven for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
