In the UK it’s a Vodka and Orange, but screwdriver sounds a bit more interesting

Interestingly the measurements used for this is illegal to serve in the UK.
The UK only allows spirits to be served in measurements of 25 or 35 ml (and multiple of) in bars and pubs unless it is a cocktail.
However a cocktail is defined as a drink with 3 or more liquids and, as this is only orange juice and vodka, it doesn’t qualify as a cocktail legally so you can’t use 45ml

My favorite variation is the Harvey Wallbanger, with the Galliano liquor floating on top. I don't even get the point to float it because it is going to be mixed into the drink anyways though.
