Another great video mate. I've been meaning to order a Demand system for ages. On my previous 110 I had a full Miltek system, but now with my 130 I wasn't going to do an exhaust. I have a lot of Allisport stuff on order, so thought I would go for an exhaust to compliment the performance upgrades. I've gone "full shouty" from downpipe back thinking that with the standard downpipe, it might keep it quieter and not be a ball ache come MOT time. That said - I no doubt will end up going for a full 3" system like you in the not too distant future.
Sounds superb! I have just fitted a stainless decat straight through system on my 90 TDCI 2.4 and it makes me smile every time I drive it! Combined with the Stage 2 Gareth did at Empire Tuning its a different truck!
Good buy. I’ve been impressed with Demand for a while and the only thing that prevented me buying one at Billing was they were always talking to customers.
Amazing sound! And It is stainless steel so no need to worry about it rusting away! Amazing! I love that turbo sound when changing gear? Any special turbo/ wastegate mod.???
Td5 people I fitted a cheap decat down pipe and mid silencer straight pipe and kept the original rear silencer it is mostly silent at a steady speed but gives you that brrraaaap through the gear's. (Stage 2 map) and only about 200 quid
I have the same on my 2.4 puma! It’s an awesome sound…with an alive tune and turbo all comes together really nicely!

Did you opt for a silencer on the rear end as well, or just on the mid pipe?

Does the louder droning sound creep into the cabin?
Not at all, this was something I worried about but it’s great on longer highway drives

No turbo or wastegate mod - just stock with the new exhaust

Brilliant video. I've just bought my first 2.4, I've only had td5s and 200s before and I don't think the sound of the td5 can be matched really.
