I like mixing my cereals up and finding a solid combination. At the moment I'm stuck in a cycle of having frosted wheat, b-tec rice crispies and then if I'm feeling fancy a splash of country crisp with the little strawberry bits. As im writing this it sounds rank, but trust me. It's like a golden bowl of cereal. Topped off with a Yorkshire Tea cuppa. Bliss.
The defender is sickkkkkkkk. my first car show was at BQR this year. I took my VW Lupo too it. Breakfast meal is = bacon, sausage and cheese in a tortilla wrap toasted on the grille. LOVE THE VIDEOS MATE KEEP IT GOING
My go to breakfast is toasted whole wheat bread with hummus, avocado, parmesan cheese and an fried egg on top with paprika, goat cheese and fresh spinach on the side. It is sooo delicious.

The version of the BQR on the skateboard is for sure the best BQR design! Breakfast everyday is porridge and a bit of honey. Usually a banana sliced up in there, and if I've been fancy and made some jam or stewed apples, then some of that in there too!

Currently have a Warrior samurai winch on my cruiser which has got me out of some sticky situations! Pretty decent price point too. Deffo recomend going for a synthetic line with whatever you choose though.

Favorite breakfast is a bowl of coco pops with a few rice krispies thrown in mate. Also a mod I love on defenders that ye don't see much is an exterior sun visor.
Winches - the joys If you can afford a Warn Winch then full send, the 8274 is the winch of choice for all top level competitions due to the amount of mods and upgrades like free/air spool and with just how robust they are. 100% get a synthetic rope, so much less hassle than wire and a lot less weight/bulk. Goodwinch also do some great winches at a more reasonable price.
Favourite breakfast has got to be Eggs Benedict, top tier! Never been a fan of old stinky land rovers but starting to come around after watching your series, keep it up mate!
Not sure what winches are available in the UK but a warn winch is a reliable brand. Got to say, a 4x4 on the channel has added a whole new level! Started watching in the early bmx days, dropped off for a bit and now waiting eagerly for new defender episodes to drop 🤟🏻
Quality video as always. Everyone knows that a fully loaded fry up is a breakfast of champions. But, because most people will choose this in some form, I'll go poached eggs on toast, diced spring onions, and a good few slices of bacon!
You should look into stormtuning, they say with some modifications like the exhaust which you have already done then you can get up to 180hp from a stage 2 tune, they also do a stage 4 which they say is 250+hp?!?!? Maybe something to look into.

Your Defender sounds amazing! I have a 95 110 300tdi with a straight exhaust, but I only rarely hear ANY turbo whistle. Slightly jealous! LOL
