Here's a question I've had since I saw this movie a few days ago... WHERE DID LAURAS HEART CONDITION GO?!?!?! This lady was out here dramatically fainting every 10 minutes in the last movie... and now she's living out her life like a cupcakke song with NO issues or references to her condition???? It also feels like they completely forgot to reiterate that miss ma'am was in fact kidnapped in the last movie as well. It would have been gorgeous if we had gotten some of those details in this tragic excuse for a sequel but I think there are bigger problems with this movie 😂😂😂

My older brother once said that he thinks Adam Sandler seems to make movies sometimes just so he can have an excuse to go on vacation/hang out with his actor friends and to write it off on his taxes as work as a plus. While watching this movie I thought this movie has those vibes, like they only made this so they can have an excuse to have an Italian vacation. There’s so many montages that add nothing to the plot, with blaring music, all just eating up the scenery, that I am convinced they made this just to get a vacation. This is my conspiracy theory.

Anyone else feel like the majority of the movie felt like a hallucination? Half the time I was expecting Laura or Massimo to wake from a dream. Even the opening scene felt like Massimo was imagining her in the wedding gown.

Yesss! Im polish and highly recommend wesele 2004 (the wedding) and miś (teddy bear i believe is the name of the english release, from 1981). I dont know how much of the humour will translate for a non-polish audience but if you get good subtitles, good movies

I’m surprised no one has commented on how clearly vulnerable losing her baby left Laura. I don’t doubt that’s why she took Massimo hiding the family he had so hard, was overall in low spirits for a good part of the film, and fell down hard for Nacho seeing how loving he was towards his sister and her child. As stupid as the plot is, it’s still a little sad and literally skipped over.
I feel like this series would be far more successful if they just had an actor that wasn't conventionally attractive playing the lead male and marketed it as a horror film series. Have Laura be broke asf and realize she can pretend to love him for the money, that way when she runs off with the first new guy she meets, IT MAKES SENSE. Have her be shot and go back to him because he saved her life and show it for the unhealthy dynamic that it is rather than glorifying it as romance just because he's pretty.

Unless you want to waste your time it’s not worth it. I watched till the end hoping for some explanation or an actually a plot and not just some cheap sex scenes + slow music but I was wrong. It was everything and worst. At least fifty shades of grey had something going for it each movie, this one I started laughing 2 minutes in.
As a person who works in the industry and has pitched to Netflix, just for the comments section: they make whatever they want, they do not make content that people ask for. You can tell them 'this has demand' and they will ignore you to do what they want, and work with people who wine and dine them...
I literally had no expectations for this movie and it somehow managed to disappoint me. Obviously, watched it for the two hot tall guys but it’s so boring even them two couldn’t salvage it. I think the script is two pages long because there’s no dialogue at all, just one montage with too loud music in the background (idk if it’s just me but music was so much better in the first movie) after another. Nothing is really happening and there’s no passion, tension or even bad banter that was there in the first movie so sex scenes are just thrown around without any context. Such a bad movie overall, it’s not even worth watching with a significant other if you guys wanna do something like that but not watch porn, seriously, this movie can’t even be used for that. The only good thing is they have excellent choice of sunglasses! Edit: thank you guys for all the likes, it means a lot to me considering I don’t usually leave comments under TH-cam videos! I turned it on immediately started staring at my wall instead of the television. The sex scenes felt undeserved considering there was absolutely no plot 😂
It felt like they were given the script in a foreign language and the whole movie was their attempt at translating it. So badly edited as well. Olga was annoying the first movie but I found her relationship more endearing that Laura's and Massimo's. Also, I didn't mind the latter's acting for his (crackhead - I'm assuming) twin brother. He seemed like he was actually putting in effort. It was still bad but I applaud the effort. Thoroughly enjoyed the eye candy. I could have watched on mute, because the dialog was literally a bunch of one liners, and clichés.
Kennie, if you thought this experience was terrible, let me tell you about some of the wonderful things from the novel that the movie cut out! 1. Dominico (Olga's love interest who is also a brother to Massimo) getting arrested for assault. Olga sleeps with the assault victim to convince him to drop the charges, Dominico finds out, and loses his sh*t, breaking her car window and nearly killing everyone in a ten mile radius. They get engaged right after this anyway. 2. Laura and Olga staying with an ex of Olga's who has a gay son. Said gay son isn't actually gay; he's just pretending so he can get closer to Laura and he jumps her randomly before disappearing from the novel. I'm guessing book three will mention him again at some point. 3. Massimo nearly killing one of Laura's ex-boyfriends because he makes a move on her. He's a boxer and he flirts with her at one of his matches that Massimo and Laura go to for some random reason. 4. Nacho's plans to kill Laura, but he decides not to because she mentions she's pregnant and it freaks him out. He's an assassin; the gardener thing is just a lie to get closer to her. 5. Anna isn't anywhere at all at the end of the novel, so she doesn't get shot. Everyone else does, though, and because Laura's pregnant, Massimo has to decide if he wants to save her or save their baby, who he discovers at Christmas time is male. Having an heir is her Christmas present to him. The novel literally ends with the word "Save...", leaving us with an extremely stupid cliffhanger. I don't know what the heck they're going to do with the amount of things they changed and modified for the third installment. I'll continue with this train crash, though. It's too hard to look away at this point! 🤣
Erika Lust’s Xconfessions series is quite literally the “adult film that has a better plot than this.” Her whole thing is ethical adult films filmed arthouse style and I, a person who doesn’t watch that kind of content often in the slightest, spent coin on a few movies from her company, they’re that well made. The 365 people should’ve brought her in and just fully leaned into the smut, but better, if that’s what their intention was. Sidenote, I don’t care to debate if ethical “adult content” can exist within an industry so please don’t start lol. I’m not here to start an argument about that.
@@dd8645 Their xconfessions series is filmed with real people in Europe who volunteer to be featured in the films so they only feature people who’ve shown interest (they do have P-stars that feature in them too but not always). They have a lot of films with plenty of non-white people in them but I can definitely understand wanting more, but at the same time they can’t feature people that aren’t signing up.

It also feels like they completely forgot to reiterate that miss ma'am was in fact kidnapped in the last movie as well. My older brother once said that he thinks Adam Sandler seems to make movies sometimes just so he can have an excuse to go on vacation/hang out with his actor friends and to write it off on his taxes as work as a plus. Anyone else feel like the majority of the movie felt like a hallucination? Half the time I was expecting Laura or Massimo to wake from a dream. Even the opening scene felt like Massimo was imagining her in the wedding gown.

I’m surprised no one has commented on how clearly vulnerable losing her baby left Laura. I don’t doubt that’s why she took Massimo hiding the family he had so hard, was overall in low spirits for a good part of the film, and fell down hard for Nacho seeing how loving he was towards his sister and her child. As stupid as the plot is, it’s still a little sad and literally skipped over.
I feel like this series would be far more successful if they just had an actor that wasn't conventionally attractive playing the lead male and marketed it as a horror film series. Have Laura be broke asf and realize she can pretend to love him for the money, that way when she runs off with the first new guy she meets, IT MAKES SENSE. Have her be shot and go back to him because he saved her life and show it for the unhealthy dynamic that it is rather than glorifying it as romance just because he's pretty.

I literally had no expectations for this movie and it somehow managed to disappoint me. Obviously, watched it for the two hot tall guys but it’s so boring even them two couldn’t salvage it. I think the script is two pages long because there’s no dialogue at all, just one montage with too loud music in the background (idk if it’s just me but music was so much better in the first movie) after another. Nothing is really happening and there’s no passion, tension or even bad banter that was there in the first movie so sex scenes are just thrown around without any context. Such a bad movie overall, it’s not even worth watching with a significant other if you guys wanna do something like that but not watch porn, seriously, this movie can’t even be used for that. The only good thing is they have excellent choice of sunglasses!

funny enough after kenny mentioned the "are you lost, baby girl?" phrase in the first video it has been engraved in my mind. like. when i see a confused person on the streets or if someone is blocking my way i have to restrain myself from saying "are you lost, baby girl?". even if it's a man twice my size.
i've never even watched those movies. and still i am cursed by them.
Been waiting for this one since suddenly finding out that the second film came out cause Kennie’s commentary on the first one literally is a comfort video at this point cause she had me rolling and made such a horrid movie appealing content

I turned it on immediately started staring at my wall instead of the television. The sex scenes felt undeserved considering there was absolutely no plot 😂
It felt like they were given the script in a foreign language and the whole movie was their attempt at translating it.
So badly edited as well. Olga was annoying the first movie but I found her relationship more endearing that Laura's and Massimo's. Also, I didn't mind the latter's acting for his (crackhead - I'm assuming) twin brother. He seemed like he was actually putting in effort. It was still bad but I applaud the effort.
Thoroughly enjoyed the eye candy. I could have watched on mute, because the dialog was literally a bunch of one liners, and clichés.
Kennie, if you thought this experience was terrible, let me tell you about some of the wonderful things from the novel that the movie cut out!
1. Dominico (Olga's love interest who is also a brother to Massimo) getting arrested for assault. Olga sleeps with the assault victim to convince him to drop the charges, Dominico finds out, and loses his sh*t, breaking her car window and nearly killing everyone in a ten mile radius. They get engaged right after this anyway.
2. Laura and Olga staying with an ex of Olga's who has a gay son. Said gay son isn't actually gay; he's just pretending so he can get closer to Laura and he jumps her randomly before disappearing from the novel. I'm guessing book three will mention him again at some point.
3. Massimo nearly killing one of Laura's ex-boyfriends because he makes a move on her. He's a boxer and he flirts with her at one of his matches that Massimo and Laura go to for some random reason.
4. Nacho's plans to kill Laura, but he decides not to because she mentions she's pregnant and it freaks him out. He's an assassin; the gardener thing is just a lie to get closer to her.
5. Anna isn't anywhere at all at the end of the novel, so she doesn't get shot. Everyone else does, though, and because Laura's pregnant, Massimo has to decide if he wants to save her or save their baby, who he discovers at Christmas time is male. Having an heir is her Christmas present to him. The novel literally ends with the word "Save...", leaving us with an extremely stupid cliffhanger.
I don't know what the heck they're going to do with the amount of things they changed and modified for the third installment. I'll continue with this train crash, though. It's too hard to look away at this point! 🤣

Erika Lust’s Xconfessions series is quite literally the “adult film that has a better plot than this.” Her whole thing is ethical adult films filmed arthouse style and I, a person who doesn’t watch that kind of content often in the slightest, spent coin on a few movies from her company, they’re that well made. The 365 people should’ve brought her in and just fully leaned into the smut, but better, if that’s what their intention was.
Sidenote, I don’t care to debate if ethical “adult content” can exist within an industry so please don’t start lol. I’m not here to start an argument about that.

@@dd8645 Their xconfessions series is filmed with real people in Europe who volunteer to be featured in the films so they only feature people who’ve shown interest (they do have P-stars that feature in them too but not always). They have a lot of films with plenty of non-white people in them but I can definitely understand wanting more, but at the same time they can’t feature people that aren’t signing up.
Bellesa too can join in since the creator and director of the company first started out mainstream things before getting frustrated and went into ethical pr0n.
Why they refuse to go with this idea, idk because they (someone who did this movie) aren't giving a good reason why not?
Honestly though. It also would have come off more as that fantasy that was the aim of the books rather than, well- whatever the hell this is.
After a full 1 hour and 51 minutes of pure nothingness, I sat down and reflected upon the decisions (or lack there of) that went into this movie. However the one thing that kept crossing my mind is that fans of Bad Movies and a Beat will be FED AND FULL this week with your commentary!!!!

Watched it a few days ago and still can't get over how bad it was. It was literally nothing but sex, extremely loud, uninspiring pop music and (bad) vibes! A waste of two hours that I'll never get back. And yet, I'm sure I'll watch the next movie when it's released lol

This movie was so...nothing? I feel like they had a script but then cut out every other scene and replaced it with 2 min awkward sex scenes or car rides. It was so boring! Like this sequel really had me missing the first movie, which I didn't think was possible lmaooo!!
Apparently the 2nd and 3rd films were filmed together. So unless they do reshoots, #3 will be equally bad if not worse!
