    Basically the lesser the competition, the more you can have the margin and thus more profit.
    And when it comes to giant businesses like movie making, your marketing is the key. Plus since it's a giant sector, other big fishes won't let you survive until and unless you yourself are a big fish.

      @@roxymax8917 it's actually right in some sense. People have money in their mind, but over the time when money doesn't come back what u invested , if u are only doing something for money, u will not continue it anymore. Passionate people just can't stop what they are doing regardless of they succeed or not . See the movies, see anurag kashyap, he is so passionate, he did movies with literally nothing, not even proper cameras. He used to hide some video camera in some shops and used to record . Most of films are box-office disasters but he is one of the many directors who do a ton of movies which has no guarantee for success at the box office but he won't stop creating art. In India over 10,000 movies are made every year but in the end only 20-25 movies turn out to be box-office successes. Many movies doesn't even get screens.

    The points are superficial and lack substance. How do you define boring first of all? All the industries you have shown here under the 'boring' category are the ones that need a high capital to start with. There is already an existing monopoly/duopoly in that. And you can't survive any industry if you are not passionate about it. When you are already calling something boring and trying to invest in it without prior knowledge or any interest to learn any further, you're doomed.

    • @kavyarajaram12
      @kavyarajaram12 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +11

      Right? If it's boring then why would anyone who's not interested in that industry have a sustained capacity to keep investing their time, energy money into it for years? Sometimes even in deep uncertainty? Yeah, it doesn't make sense. Although I get the part about not diving into a passion driven industry just to make profits if you yourself aren't passionate about it.

      Bhai, passion and interest are not the same thing. Stock market main interest sabka hai, kyuki Paisa bahoot hai, par stock market/banking main passionate koi zada time ke liye renta nhi hai. But stuff which is objective, but boring like export, real state can be done by most people because there are set of rules which you can follow.

    Quite accurate, a lot of movies are merely made as artistic impressions so they generally dont make any money. Now, Kriti Sanon cannot relate to any of this since as an actor she has done commercial movies and paid well to do those, hence the assumption is everyone would have made money too, which is not true these days as plenty of directors are complaining of actors being overpayed for low box office numbers. A so-called boring business like actuarial firm, heavy machinery company or lawn maintenance companies have pre-defined tasks and plans, tend to make really good money.
