Nikhil's intelligence shows in the use of words, the right questions asked, the ability to bring back the conversation the minute he thinks it's inclining elsewhere. Truly a gem! It's wholesome.
I really like the type of questions nikhil asked like from the very basic questions to advance properly tapping what we actually want to know not some unnecessary storylines only These days various podcasts of hours long talk about the journey, storylines and other unnecessary questions but only few of them talk quality Which aligns with what a viewer want to learn and I believe this podcast in worth listening/watching in that sense, thanks for producing something that counts ❤
Moreover I really like that part when nikhil reframe his questions to ghazal about the process and really put effort in questions so that we can learn not from the bird's eye but the intricacies of it
Manish's way of laying out things on the table clearly demonstrates how much rich experience he is carrying with him. Thanks for inviting him as a guest. Much appreciated!
In a way Yes and No, given his present position in the society this show is almost close to "The David Rubenstein Show" equivalent for India...in some sorts...he has the money/wealth, the time and the intent of helping the future line of entrepreneurs. In that way absolutely YES... No or perhaps NOT necessarily because his questions clearly across all his WTFs are for himself to learn in the process from the best in their respective domains and/or success stories. For him it is a wealth of information as his questions are far more deep rooted and intrinsic than any average journalist or media interview and that is clearly his mission as stated at the start of each show..if you notice closely there is a pattern that will emerge that shows Nikhil is trying to understand in real life from the experiences of others mostly successful individuals over the last 2 decades across domains and relate it some of the reading and research he is doing and has been for sometime now, on psychology books and perhaps older versions of behavioural impacts that make people successful...so he is getting SOMETHING that he clearly believes is not possible to validate besides understanding if anything that he has read or is reading is true...
its called altruism. he is obviously helping others while building his personal brand, which will eventually help his businesses as well. Like BoAT helping from Aman's brand on Shark Tank. Respect!

40:49 when he said "J&J I'll say it" and other people were hesitant, that's when you realise how secure he feels and actually he has the ability to say his mind without fear. Admirable.
He have earned his freedom. He knows he is safe both financially and politically. So even if some dispute were to happen and he loses some money he wouldn't care as he have liquidity in his funds while most other startup founders have their net worth in their company shares and there company are in loss. Liquidity matters
Adding to the point, He said J&J because it's a company that do not come under the indian jurisdiction and not only that it's because it won't be defamation since it's already proven that J&J is a company thats harmful and it is for the good of the public.
Extremely grateful to Nikhil for creating such candid podcasts wherein he asks questions to such accomplished personalities like we do with our close friends. It's like having a seat beside them. No one in India would have the ability, access and confidence to do what he is doing and the way in which he is doing this! No fluff, absolutely pure insightful conversations! He is enjoying being a psychologist (journaling their"guests" life journey) And it is an educational piece for the audience. That's how he is such a great entrepreneur

I am an impatient person and I end up listening to your videos that are more than 3 hours. That sure is a complement to the content you are building through (seemingly) effortless conversations. Very insightful and interesting, Nikhil. I love how you keep asking questions to simplify.
I love these discussions its like those which our families have during posh meetings with their buisness friends, unicorn founders and IAS officers which we tend to over hear when we were kids but are now introduced to them. So much nowledge is distilled in the form of an engaging conversation. I don't think we can ask for more honestly. Thank you Mr. Nikhil Kamath.
Nikhil Sir if you are reading this, i truly love the fact that you take the effort to record these conversations and how you developed a true positive win win situation for both you and your audience where you get to socialize in the way you love while being anti-social and we get our monthly dose of entertainment.
I'll admit... I had no clue who Manish Poddar was until I saw this podcast. His was the best piece out of the three...so much knowledge about his industry and ground level hustle. Kudos! Nikhil is so calm and intelligent...love listening to him!
Have seen Ghazal part for today(an hour +) , her story feels so wholesome , the charm she holds , the hand movements while conveying things , and also thanking the guy so gracefully for serving food. I’m in awe
She seems fake to me, she is face of the company just because of company's name otherwise it would have been different, you should see their media interviews you will understand. The fact that her husband worked in HUL would have helped them to get their initial product manufactured rather than cold calling or anything. No manufacturer would entertain a 21 yr old just like manish pointed out.
People of this country have a problem of hating on and trying to drag down entrepreneurs for no reason. The comments above like "She seems fake to me" are evidence of that petty mentality. There's a saying - everything is yellow to the jaundiced eye..
I was listening to the podcast and thought would share what the difference between self confidence and humility is - self confidence is believing you can add to the conversation in the room ; humility is believing others ALSO could be capable of adding to the conversation in the room!
Nikhil, please do a podcast with social entrepreneurs who have made it big in handloom. The challenges surrounding rural entrepreneurship that happens right from the villages of India. One of the best podcasts available on entrepreneurship qualities. I not only enjoyed but thoroughly educated myself. I came here as I am in many ways Nikhil's fan as an intellectual (researcher, marketer) man but with this, you get to know his deep spiritual, psychological maestro side. how smartly he brought many things on the surface from others. Relentless is the word I am taking away with this.
Nikhil's podcasts r out of box...no set questionnaire...probably the best for me ...when it comes to understanding things at a deeper level....keep doing
"Someone so nice can't be so successful" very true for ritesh he is constantly wearing an mask and never reveal his true self the story of oyo is not 100% true here:)

The comment section has already mentioned everything I want to say after spending 4 hours on this thing. Still let me repeat this is the best podcast that I have ever heard in my life ❤
when you ask HOW for every thing which was told by the people its make easy for a layman , also when you PAUSE them and bring back to topic and SUM UP , it becomes more effective , so i want more how so breakdown can be more simpler so when we want to start we have answers because u are asking questions instead of us for us , those who agree with this please do like so this can be seen by this youtube team

Like Nikhil I also have a theory that all successful entrepreneur tends to stick to the narrative that they came from a humble background and want to be labeled as middle. The real middle ppl are the only ones who don't want to be called middle class.

I’m in awe
She's such a nice person. I'm glad her IPO did well. People who trolled her so much before the IPO have zipped it now.
yes...sell your everything and buy honasa share @@vas1594
She seems fake to me, she is face of the company just because of company's name otherwise it would have been different, you should see their media interviews you will understand. The fact that her husband worked in HUL would have helped them to get their initial product manufactured rather than cold calling or anything. No manufacturer would entertain a 21 yr old just like manish pointed out.
had called her on this podcast for business learnings not graceful hand movements and charm. stop simping atleast on here.
People of this country have a problem of hating on and trying to drag down entrepreneurs for no reason. The comments above like "She seems fake to me" are evidence of that petty mentality. There's a saying - everything is yellow to the jaundiced eye..
Manish sir's knowledge and experience is just amazing....and he is so particular about small small things as well
I was listening to the podcast and thought would share what the difference between self confidence and humility is - self confidence is believing you can add to the conversation in the room ; humility is believing others ALSO could be capable of adding to the conversation in the room!
I read a quote somewhere. Self-Confidence is 'I can do it'. Overconfidence is 'Only I can do it'
Ritesh is genuine and most calm people and sensible.
Came for Ritesh bhai and stuck to listen all , thank you ALL for great learning ❤❤
Nikhil, please do a podcast with social entrepreneurs who have made it big in handloom. The challenges surrounding rural entrepreneurship that happens right from the villages of India. It is the current evolving market in fashion... A sincere request... I feel people don't talk enough about this sector 🙏🏼
In the era of 20 second long attention-span, geniunly thank you nikhil for bringing these podcasts. Loved the guests, your questions and final note about each guest.
Loved every word Manish said. Lovely to hear him talk about Bangladesh and Annisul Huq. Truly inspiring.
Day 122 for asking WTF is manufacturing?
Everything is marketing

I woke up at 4AM today. It’s 8:42AM now. 2hrs into the podcast. Absolutely love it.
Thanks to Nikhil Kamath for this wonderful podcast. Ritesh you just poured your heart out. Can correlate with your deep feelings and sentiments..All Odiyas are of the same nature and have deep connection with the divine power and are God fearing . That's what makes them apart from others and loved by all . Due to the true in nature with great values Odiyas makes great Managers , HR professionals ,Social Development professionals etc .
I am a retiree and miss having these conversations...corporate conversations. After reading the papers my go to is Nikhil's podcasts which fills up this void of not having these conversations. These podcasts are enriching and compels you to think...my day starts well. Just that I get lots of ideas and don't know what to do with them.
Being retiree is a concious choice or a conditioned choice?
This is the best podcast I have ever seen. Soon gonna be entering my 20s and got to learn a lot which eventually changed my view also I got to know that I am a bit lagging and start giving more importance to life. Most entrepreneurs start in their 20s and I think more people like me will absolutely get inspired and motivated by this podcast. Thank you so much.
true bro
This has become a master class from a podcast, like 4 hours of just business stuff seriously! 🎉
I am a 25 year old living in Europe and planning to go back to India in the upcoming months to do business. This podcast has been an absolute goldmine and unlike all other. I hope you keep on creating quality content.
Good luck, my friend. I'm planning something similar.
That "First Husband" part had me rolling 🤣
Thank you for sharing your wisdom. As a 21-year-old, I have learned a lot. I appreciate your efforts in sitting for 8 hours straight (4:14:20) till 4 AM.
I know right
WTF has become my favorite podcast series now. I never thought I'd watch a 4 hours long podcast. It was completely worth my time. Such an amazing podcast, so much to learn.
Thanks Nikhil for actually giving non usual answers, I am 21 years old, I have been working on an idea and find these podcasts so much valuable. Love you!!
I am crying, there's so much common in all of us entrepreneurs! Hearing this gives me hope that we can be as successful as them someday!
This podcast just featured the most incredible set of guests ever! Each one brought such unique perspectives and insights. Absolutely loved it!
Nikhils word cloud model is legendary! One of the most efficient ways to learn about a person:)
Learning about the impact of upbringing, the power of a contrarian mindset, and turning challenges into stepping stones is truly inspiring.Kudos to the Nikhil Kamat for bringing out these amazing stories. Can't wait for more episodes. So much to learn.
As someone in New York, wanting to move back to India, this is something that gives me utmost clarity & some subtle motivation of getting into it. Cheers on the amazing work 🎉
Probably one of the best episodes, watched all 4 hours in one go, so many valuable insights and lessons, thank you for this truly 🙏🏼
I just love this autobiography version of the podcast. I have been looking for this format for a long time. Hoping to see more episodes like this. It really helps to understand psychological patterns of success. Thank you so much Nikhil :)
Being very honest, the way Nitin Sir keeps asking questions, makes it very clear for future entrepreneurs.. one of the best 4 hours in life...
Nikhil, ghazal, Manish, and most humble Ritesh Thank you so much guys for your time. It is some of my most valuable time I spent on. And the knowledge I had with you guys. ❤
Ghazal is fake.. waste of time
It's took me around 5 HOUR to watch till end with maintaining some quick notes. I start watching end this episode at 2:35 AM and ended at 7:49 AM. and i learned a lot thank u so much Nikhil Kamath Sir and his Team♥ for such an amazing content with much deeper insights... 🔥🔥🔥
Usse accha so leta aur agli subah dekh leta.
Pin down your notes here please
One of the best podcasts available on entrepreneurship qualities. I not only enjoyed but thoroughly educated myself. I came here as I am in many ways Nikhil's fan as an intellectual (researcher, marketer) man but with this, you get to know his deep spiritual, psychological maestro side. how smartly he brought many things on the surface from others. Relentless is the word I am taking away with this.
Happy to see nikhil after a long time with fantastic guests...
The depth of analysis and knowledge of every entrepreneur life by Nikhil , The Jasoospreneur
This is so refreshing. Loved to hear Ritesh talk. Incredibly inspiring.
Waiting for Nikhil's podcast is like waiting for one's favourite chocolate🥳☺️. Thank you for such amazing content❤️
I wish I could find someone with so much similar interests

Day 107 for asking WTF is manufacturing?
Nikhil get this man his episode I’ve seen his comment so many times!!!
Day 9999 of telling you can google it and don’t have to wait for someone to handover to yourself
@@Aisshhaaaaawell said! I support this desperation too!
Bro it's not even. Question.
+1
Nikhil's podcasts r out of box...no set questionnaire...probably the best for me ...when it comes to understanding things at a deeper level....keep doing
"Someone so nice can't be so successful" very true for ritesh he is constantly wearing an mask and never reveal his true self the story of oyo is not 100% true here:)
Your podcast is an ocean of knowledge, which one can avail and get mentored by the Greats.
An Audio and Video Autobiography to be heard and seen, directly from the horse's mouth in Ghazal, Manish, Ritesh and Nithin himself
The comment section has already mentioned everything I want to say after spending 4 hours on this thing. Still let me repeat this is the best podcast that I have ever heard in my life ❤
as a 33 year old failure myself, this video for me is to regret and cry.
❤
Aao milke rote hai I am 38
Just kidding

Bank ssc me time gawaah diya hoga small townie😂
when you ask HOW for every thing which was told by the people its make easy for a layman , also when you PAUSE them and bring back to topic and SUM UP , it becomes more effective , so i want more how so breakdown can be more simpler so when we want to start we have answers because u are asking questions instead of us for us , those who agree with this please do like so this can be seen by this youtube team
Kehna kya chahte ho bhai
Rare rabbit founder screams hustle in his mannerism words, he's rich in experience, loved listening to him!
Rare rabbit is a heck of a brand for niche customers .. I wear my shirts from rare rabbit and I must say they do give a tough competition to snitch , Zara and H&M
Nikhil your instant questions in between is what makes the podcast more interesting
Never imagined I'd watch a 4 hour video on YT. Took me 4 days but the learning I take away is huge. Thank you!
The ultimate podcast trio will be Ashnwer, Kunal and Manish. All are old money, and classic veteran of the entrepreneurship world.
Thank you nikhil kamath sir for uploading the podcast very curious to watch the video 👍
All of these 3 peoples were recommended by me 😊❤. I know you all will not agree, but recently nikhil did a survey and asked what subscribers want: I suggested manufacturing and services and named Rare rabbit and mama Earth's name. 😊😊😊❤❤ Love the response of this man. And Ritesh is like cherry on the cake 🎂❤
This interview was done even before you have filled the survey..
@@sandeepva6409 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣dope
Three speakers and a great host!
Speaker 1: Drama queen
Speaker 2: cool cowboy!
Speaker 3: total respect
Host: read too many psychology books and surely planning to write one !
Drama queen bruh💀
I'm 55 yr and learning, Nikhil is a wise person his questions are deep invoking thoughtful responses.
Like Nikhil I also have a theory that all successful entrepreneur tends to stick to the narrative that they came from a humble background and want to be labeled as middle. The real middle ppl are the only ones who don't want to be called middle class.
The whole empire of Mamaearth is build by the Expertise of Varun(FMCG background) but it is marketed as the whole done by Ghazal, Its the marketing tactics because in India we have soft corner for women entrepreneur.
Exactly
Couldn't agree more, Amar.
I am a woman and I don’t have soft corner for her, her products that I tried sucked.
