@@AserethMaria I did Method 2 to boil the leaves, but did not leave the cooked leaves to cool down in the pot before washing in cold water. I might try another time, with a smaller batch 😅 but u are right, I'm not keen on bitter food

Ok 2. Bittermelon is expensive this a new bitter taste. Try k ng kimatisan manok.
boil the leaves first, try if you have dahon ng bayabas na mura pa isabay mong iboil, kung d mo lalagyan ng asin you can drink the water
i love bitter melon leaves and i use papaya leaves as subtitut pero wag marami
