4 pcs. Eggplant
1 pc. Onion, minced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 pc. Tomato
200g. Ground Pork
1 Tbsp. Oyster
¼ cup Cornstarch
2 Tbsp. Water
6 pcs. Egg
Season with Salt & Pepper
Salsa

I also flip my extra extra large tortang talong that way. Thanks for the cornstarch with water technique. I used to do it with just cornstarch but it turns out like glue paste so i did away with it all together. Now I'll try cornstarch with water and egg. Thanks

What a great technique! I will do that. Genius. Since I only have induction cooker and oven toaster, I am used to poking holes in eggplants and toast/roast them in the oven toaster with hopefully a bit of the roasted flavor.

Cornstarch is a really good binder other than the eggs! . . . I'll try that next time Chef. . . But other than torta (w/ or w/o giniling), I like a simple Fried Talong dashed with soy sauce on the pan . . . Best with Fried Pork Chop! 😋

I notice that whenever you cook you put too much salt. You put soy sauce and add more salt. I’m not a salty eater and too much sodium is bad for you anyway

Wla basagan ng trip. Iba ang alat ng asin sa toyo. Mas masarap ang asin. Lalo s sinigang. Hunghang.
You just need to adjust the salt content when you cook it yourself, you don't need to literally follow every recipe. I don't like salty foods as well so I just adjust the saltiness to my liking
U can adjust according to ur taste buds... u dont need to tell anyone that its too much or less of anything when it comes to cooking..
