I'm very sorry to everyone for what I did. If I could go back and change it I would, but I respect all of your decisions and frankly agree with you. I acted 100% int he wrong. It wasn't just one dispel it was months of targeted grieving and harassment, but that does not excuse my actions. I'm sorry for my mistake and understand any decision you all make.

I find that Arlaeus often leaves many seriously important details out, especially for the lower levels such as for ZF how you need to have half the face showing through the reset blocks for it to actually work and how the reset spot across the waterfall in ZG doesn’t work if you’re level 58 so you just pull the berserker and die. These strats have a lot of growing pains where I realize all the things he didn’t touch on.
Really enjoyed the content but having somebody banned for any duration of time just because your world buffs got dispelled is not something I feel like I need to support. I find it extra disappointing since you know how it feels to be unfairly banned for no good reason. Roll a PVE server if you feel unfairly targeted by somebody. Also that GM needs to be fired asap, already send an e-mail to support to ask for clarification about this matter. Will no longer support your content, be it on TH-cam or Twitch.

Hi, I'm very sorry for everything that happened. You're entirely right and I abused the fact that a GM was in my chat. After reviewing his account, whatever he found on the individual's account constituted a ban. That being said I should never have involved a GM and i feel horrible for the situation. It's my responsibility to be better, and I apologize for doing this. I would do a hell of a lot to take it back, but unfortunately that's not an option. All I can do is be better moving forward.
this strat is not 150g /h even close, this strat is harder then CoC strat, no idea why would someone choose blizzard. and also lvl 54mage have 0chance to kill pack with imps
As a note to anyone wondering, you can also do this with Cone of Cold either by using one of the seeds or just having good timing on your ice block cancel. The blizzard method seems fine, but it is definitely doable if you prefer cone of cold kiting in circles.
anyone considering this at 54 - don't. some said 55 is do able, most haven't been able to. it'd be great if Arleus you try this on a 54 or 55 and prove us all wrong one day. it's hell not aggro'ing. recommend avoiding this one. thanks for the guide, will try it at higher level

the 3 satyr group farm is like 6 months old. If you think you can pull it off as lvl 54, especially with the blizzard method, have fun wiping. just go for the cone of cold method instead
Min level to have a 100% sucess rate (no resets, no dying) *if do correctly* is lvl 57. 54-55 they will recist almost 50% of the adempts specially if u new to CoC kiting, level 57 is ur go to. There is a good spot to level up to 57 in Western Plaguelands (Zombie farm field).
Yea I call bullshit on doing this at 54. Between the resists and also aggroing everything around you, there's no way. Keep in mind he's level 60 in this video.
Thanks to other videos and yours i become a master at not dying AoE up to 14 mobs or more sometimes. For massive xp at lvl 32. Started playing WoW classic SoD but i already miss WoTLK classic.

If you're having problems with the caster packs, you can get onto the ledges on the wall and kill the caster satyr (don't counterspell from this spot) from there without the imps attacking you. Then you can deal with the imps by themselves.
You can get on the ledge closest to where you enter from the platform above where the satyr boss is (i havent tried killing the pack near this, might be harder as its close) The other ledge you can hop on the rock then statue and onto the ledge just past hydrospawn These ledges are on the two "pillar" type things in the room
Nice video, but I do find that being lvl 60 does make the video less useful, as it doesnt reflect the same aggro radius that lvl 54 chars are exposed to. For example, you land on top of 2 mobs that dont aggro, but which tend to be a problem for lvl 54 :S Also, one huge problem is that as soon as the iceblock ends, I instantly get killed, before even having time to blink away :S
The biggest problem I have encountered with this farm is the fact that whip lashers spawn randomly in the pods in the satyr room. If you aggro them accidentally you're going to pull aggro all the plant mobs on your way to the safespot. There might be a workaround if you can find a route that avoids every potential spawn. But I've failed three times now to actually get to the safespot without aggroing any lashers from pods.
You can cheese the firebolting satyr surrounded by imps by jumping down from zhevrim's platform to the middle part of the pillar, use dps cds, trinket, shields, fire ward and nuke him down solo, he won't reset but the imps will just ignore you and you take them down later. The downside is the time lost on 1-2 extra stealthed satyrs patrolling in the corridor on the way up to zhevrim, but I always go and check the platform as I'm greedy for mushrooms
Have you tried doing that 20-pack ZG pull that Zeeger has been doing? I'd love one of your analytical videos on that pull and how it differs from the 11-pack. Love your videos and stream, keep it up!

Flamestrike Cone of Cold combo works well when you time the flamestrike around 4 seconds left on frost nova so when the shatter combo lands, the frost nova naturally breaks on everyone due to its remaining duration. This way you don't have a situation where most of stuff breaks out of frost nova due to damage but some things are still in nova, causing them to split up.
This! Hey, LVL54 mages, look how EASY it is. You only have to be level 60 and completely raid geared. What comes next? Hey, look. I can solo the entire instance in 10s. You only have to install the WotLK expansion...
I think you're right. Friend tested it who was the actual level and at 54 agroed, might be able to get around it with some positioning. At 55 though he did not agro the treants.

I'm sorry and I hope he gets unbanned or at least a week long ban if it was just for grieving. I should have known better, I completely agree. I made a horrible call and I need to live with the circumstances. It was months of harassment and grieving, not just one instance. I will be better in the future and really apology for my mistake.

I would recommend casting lvl 1 mage armor as you are about to start the blizzard rotation... since you are going to be casting rank 1 blizzard fishing for clearcasts... the added 30% in combat mana regen will go a long way
Amazing video again! I also found that the three satyr pack pull is really risky with cone of cold kiting so it’s great to see that there is a blizzard strategy. Your guides are always amazing!! Are you thinking about doing a ZG one pull Coaching session? Would be quite fun to see the difficulties some other people are dealing with.
The recommended talents looks like your comprehensive AoE build. Is the Magic Absorption talent actually useful for the satyr pull here, or could those points be allocated elsewhere for this farm?
So i mentioned in the video that if you dispel the curses on you they all spam it to automatically reapply it. This gives you an opportunity to resist it for infinite mana
@@arlaeus9491 That's cool! I figured those would be the spells being cast from doing the CoC farm with them. I never considered dispelling as a mana resource (partly because I've been using a frostfire build instead).

Nice video and tahsnk, but if you're "claiming" that this is doable by a lvl 54, I can say that at lvl 56 this is quite an extreme amount harder just because of the aggro range. And also the amount of gear makes it a bit silly. I'm sure you could do it with a 54 tho...:)

What should you do if the warpwood pod by the first pack of satyrs in Hydrospawn's room spawns lashers? If you have lashers following you with the satyrs, will they aggro the treant patrols?
Tbh mate, and correct me if im wrong, but didnt Frostadamus release a video of this farm with flamestrike+coc with 3-4 satyr pacrs months and months ago? I been doing this farm for a loooong time and its always 150-200g/h?
Prefer flamestrike cone of cold. It‘s actually quite easy even with resists. Once a mob resists my nova i just run away from the mob a bit and let ice armor proc. I then blink through the pack and cone of cold all of the mobs once the nova has 1-2 seconds left. You can then continue your rotation. I basicly never die using this strategy
Hmmm, what i don't get is you point out a reset spot but say you'll get back to it later. Why not show there and then as a lower level its gonna be extremely useful to know straight away to save on a lot of death runs.
I always do lashers+3 demon packs with fs+coc, it's about 140g/h on my server (Mograine-EU) the 4-pack pull isn't viable unless you have a second account for fast resets. I solo reset so i have to wait 2 minutes each reset for partylead to switch to my alt so can't afford to use the 4-pack pull. But i do kill 1 imp pack if the chest spawns unlocked on them since that is actually worth it, and with fs+coc it's so much faster than blizzarding them.
@@codydamm9530 Arlaeus uses a second account to reset dungeons, he doesn't need to wait 2 minutes, he just gives lead to hes 2nd account-guy then logs the mage, and the 2nd account character resets instance, maximum of 5 instances per hour is the problem when you do Arlaeus 4-pull without a second account. A few weaks ago i actually got Blade of Eternal Darkness so i could probably do a 4-pull now within the time-limit even if i solo reset.
any chance for a cancel block tutorial? i'm not good at instant turning a certain direction coming out of the block, what's your method to do that? most of the time i have to position myself perpendicular to the mobs prior to blocking so i can strafe away from the mobs when i exit
just went back to dm:e after months and cleared the first lasher pack and got a transmute undeath to water, fucking epic thanks for reminding me dm:e is a goldmine
There is much faster way doing the satyrs btw Just do CoC/arcane explosion u stack them up with ice Block while having icebarrier/mana shield up pref to have 2.7k+ hp
This is 100% harder then Flamestrike COCing the 3 packs. At least without 5/8 T2. There is a deathlasher right behind the piller and can be lvl 57 or 58 but when it is lvl 58 you can pull it very easy as well. I think Frostadamus has a much better spec and strat to killing the demon packs.
Could you please highlight the treant pack position before you start the second lasher pull? Its hard to see where they are when you start because your camera's so tight
Problem at 54 will be the agro range i assume. Youll most likely pull the patroll coming right by the pillar where you do the pull at that low lvl. Let alone the deathlasher behind you

I Wonder if you can pull same amount of packs and Flamestrike and COC them? I do 3 packs Now. Lose guys is not a big issue. I Might die in 1 of 20. But that is more on "I van manage with 10% hp" and not using Potion.
Potentially more gear dependant, but could you also complete a solo jump run after the lasher/Satyr packs? Obviously the run would be longer to do lashers, satyrs and then the 3 bosses for the RTN nodes. But with the 30 instance limit it could be nice to sperg out in DME and pick up crystals as well
theres no way anybody can do this at 54. the lashers yes, the satyrs never. also CoC is WAY better than blizzard and ppl should defo learn that ove blizzarding those mobs.on top of that... this is NEVER 150+ gold... if u get really lucky maybe, but most of the time u get 100 max.
The answer is not a chance for level 54-56.... 1. the imp pack without fire protection pots is going to be so tight and not consistent 2. you have such a low chance RNG at surviving the block even with only 3 packs 3. the treants during the pull proxy in that spot to anything below lv 56
1) Not necessarily, just might take some practice. If you have pots it should be easy. 2) Use a cancelaura macro, you can survive them easily. If you're still having difficulty, use a thornling seed to grab agro prior to coming out of block. 3) From others testing you don't pull them at 55.

Hi nonneponne, I'm very sorry about the entire situation. I've said it to other people as well, but this wasn't one instance that frustrated me. It was a culmination of months of targeting against our guild in addition to harassment over discord. Regardless though, I let everyone down and I'm incredibly sorry for that. @@arlaeus9491 on gehennas this happens to our tanks alot and to alot of other guilds aswell, u being a streamer might get u targeted more; but imo being a streamer u made that choice. If u dont wanna handle the dispelling meta (which btw i agree sucks ass, but it is what it is) u should go play on a PvE server and not complain to a GM to get priviledges. One day i had to go get buffs 5 times just cus a priest dispelled me or a whammy of rogues assraped me at org portal. we even summon to BWL "safe spots" and still sometimes we get dispelled. I know it sucks, but its part of the game, banning a player for playing the game is ass and the guy who got banned prolly feels like shit. Like u did when u got banned. Have some sympathy for christs sake, u got wrongfully banned aswell. Dont spread the misfortune just cus ur frustrated.
Honest question,I never played a mage nor am I playing one right now. Why would mags do anything other than mara boosts ? Cheapest they go for is 10g per person,thats 40g per run. If you do 30 runs on raid offdays where you dont care about lockout, thats 1200 gold EZ a day.
You state you need to kill the Hellfire group, but you don't state why. Is the pack linked to another one, or whats the deal? Doesn't look like you're gonna pull it by accident at lvl 60 - or what?
If you look at the second pull of the two we agro the extra satyr pack and they run directly through where the hellfire group is. If you're just doing the 3 pack you don't need to kill them.

I may have missed it but you can throw down a thornling seed before you ice block and just walk away and nova when it taunts them
Why bother with the farming, just ask your GM friend to hook you up?

You can cheese the firebolting satyr surrounded by imps by jumping down from zhevrim's platform to the middle part of the pillar, use dps cds, trinket, shields, fire ward and nuke him down solo, he won't reset but the imps will just ignore you and you take them down later. The downside is the time lost on 1-2 extra stealthed satyrs patrolling in the corridor on the way up to zhevrim, but I always go and check the platform as I'm greedy for mushrooms

Flamestrike Cone of Cold combo works well when you time the flamestrike around 4 seconds left on frost nova so when the shatter combo lands, the frost nova naturally breaks on everyone due to its remaining duration. This way you don't have a situation where most of stuff breaks out of frost nova due to damage but some things are still in nova, causing them to split up.
You should be doing these videos without 5pc T2, which makes this stuff ezmode.

I think you're right. Friend tested it who was the actual level and at 54 agroed, might be able to get around it with some positioning. At 55 though he did not agro the treants.

I would recommend casting lvl 1 mage armor as you are about to start the blizzard rotation... since you are going to be casting rank 1 blizzard fishing for clearcasts... the added 30% in combat mana regen will go a long way

The recommended talents looks like your comprehensive AoE build. Is the Magic Absorption talent actually useful for the satyr pull here, or could those points be allocated elsewhere for this farm?
So i mentioned in the video that if you dispel the curses on you they all spam it to automatically reapply it. This gives you an opportunity to resist it for infinite mana
@@arlaeus9491 That's cool! I figured those would be the spells being cast from doing the CoC farm with them. I never considered dispelling as a mana resource (partly because I've been using a frostfire build instead).

Nice video and tahsnk, but if you're "claiming" that this is doable by a lvl 54, I can say that at lvl 56 this is quite an extreme amount harder just because of the aggro range. And also the amount of gear makes it a bit silly. I'm sure you could do it with a 54 tho...:)

What should you do if the warpwood pod by the first pack of satyrs in Hydrospawn's room spawns lashers? If you have lashers following you with the satyrs, will they aggro the treant patrols?

How the hell do you even kill the first pack? Everytime I come out of block they just mash me to 10% health, one resists my nova and dead every time.
Hey Arlaeus! What is your way of canceling iceblock + nova?
Prefer flamestrike cone of cold. It‘s actually quite easy even with resists. Once a mob resists my nova i just run away from the mob a bit and let ice armor proc. I then blink through the pack and cone of cold all of the mobs once the nova has 1-2 seconds left. You can then continue your rotation.
I basicly never die using this strategy

Hmmm, what i don't get is you point out a reset spot but say you'll get back to it later. Why not show there and then as a lower level its gonna be extremely useful to know straight away to save on a lot of death runs.

my 60 gets nuked down by the lashers before i even get to pull the first packs haha
If for some reason some of the other mobs around the lasher do pull just contact your gm and get them banned, works every time.
I always do lashers+3 demon packs with fs+coc, it's about 140g/h on my server (Mograine-EU) the 4-pack pull isn't viable unless you have a second account for fast resets. I solo reset so i have to wait 2 minutes each reset for partylead to switch to my alt so can't afford to use the 4-pack pull. But i do kill 1 imp pack if the chest spawns unlocked on them since that is actually worth it, and with fs+coc it's so much faster than blizzarding them.
Niklas Why do you need a second account for the 4 pull? What does your reset method have to do with what pull you’re doing?

@@codydamm9530 Arlaeus uses a second account to reset dungeons, he doesn't need to wait 2 minutes, he just gives lead to hes 2nd account-guy then logs the mage, and the 2nd account character resets instance, maximum of 5 instances per hour is the problem when you do Arlaeus 4-pull without a second account.
A few weaks ago i actually got Blade of Eternal Darkness so i could probably do a 4-pull now within the time-limit even if i solo reset.

There is much faster way doing the satyrs btw Just do CoC/arcane explosion u stack them up with ice Block while having icebarrier/mana shield up pref to have 2.7k+ hp

This is 100% harder then Flamestrike COCing the 3 packs. At least without 5/8 T2. There is a deathlasher right behind the piller and can be lvl 57 or 58 but when it is lvl 58 you can pull it very easy as well. I think Frostadamus has a much better spec and strat to killing the demon packs.
Could you please highlight the treant pack position before you start the second lasher pull? Its hard to see where they are when you start because your camera's so tight

Problem at 54 will be the agro range i assume. Youll most likely pull the patroll coming right by the pillar where you do the pull at that low lvl. Let alone the deathlasher behind you
Yes you may need to pull them before the pull starts. Unfortunately all of my mages are 60 or lower so I don't have a level 54 to test with

Took my 58 inside and found that a 57 Death Lash was at the pillar. Way too dicey with it's aggro range.
I mentioned that in the video :). You may just want to agro that mob and bring him into the kill phase. Once the mobs die you can reset him.
I Wonder if you can pull same amount of packs and Flamestrike and COC them? I do 3 packs Now. Lose guys is not a big issue. I Might die in 1 of 20. But that is more on "I van manage with 10% hp" and not using Potion.
Any other packs doable at that pillar? What about those patrolling treants, have you tried it?
The problem with the trees is that they heal themselves. You will probably run out of mana before they die.
Potentially more gear dependant, but could you also complete a solo jump run after the lasher/Satyr packs? Obviously the run would be longer to do lashers, satyrs and then the 3 bosses for the RTN nodes.
But with the 30 instance limit it could be nice to sperg out in DME and pick up crystals as well

theres no way anybody can do this at 54. the lashers yes, the satyrs never. also CoC is WAY better than blizzard and ppl should defo learn that ove blizzarding those mobs.on top of that... this is NEVER 150+ gold... if u get really lucky maybe, but most of the time u get 100 max.
The answer is not a chance for level 54-56....
1. the imp pack without fire protection pots is going to be so tight and not consistent
2. you have such a low chance RNG at surviving the block even with only 3 packs
3. the treants during the pull proxy in that spot to anything below lv 56
1) Not necessarily, just might take some practice. If you have pots it should be easy.
2) Use a cancelaura macro, you can survive them easily. If you're still having difficulty, use a thornling seed to grab agro prior to coming out of block.
3) From others testing you don't pull them at 55.

Hi nonneponne, I'm very sorry about the entire situation. I've said it to other people as well, but this wasn't one instance that frustrated me. It was a culmination of months of targeting against our guild in addition to harassment over discord. Regardless though, I let everyone down and I'm incredibly sorry for that. @@arlaeus9491 on gehennas this happens to our tanks alot and to alot of other guilds aswell, u being a streamer might get u targeted more; but imo being a streamer u made that choice. If u dont wanna handle the dispelling meta (which btw i agree sucks ass, but it is what it is) u should go play on a PvE server and not complain to a GM to get priviledges. One day i had to go get buffs 5 times just cus a priest dispelled me or a whammy of rogues assraped me at org portal.
we even summon to BWL "safe spots" and still sometimes we get dispelled. I know it sucks, but its part of the game, banning a player for playing the game is ass and the guy who got banned prolly feels like shit. Like u did when u got banned. Honest question,I never played a mage nor am I playing one right now. Why would mags do anything other than mara boosts ? Cheapest they go for is 10g per person,thats 40g per run. If you do 30 runs on raid offdays where you dont care about lockout, thats 1200 gold EZ a day.
Cause some people like to solo grind instead of depending on boost money. It's way more relaxing. I even solo ZG instead of charging people for boost

You state you need to kill the Hellfire group, but you don't state why. Is the pack linked to another one, or whats the deal? Doesn't look like you're gonna pull it by accident at lvl 60 - or what?
If you look at the second pull of the two we agro the extra satyr pack and they run directly through where the hellfire group is. If you're just doing the 3 pack you don't need to kill them.
