- Here it is guys, proof that you don't need 8000 mana, netherwind 5-piece, any good gear, or any mount at all to solo one-pull ZG. You don't even need to fill your inventory with stacks of noggenfoggers. My spec is not actually optimized for this either, since it's a winters chill raid spec. Yeah, it wasn't the cleanest, but at least you can see jumping off the bridge and resetting and watch my HP get dangerously low from a huge demonic rune drain :D
Yes... I'm not completely naked since I had to keep my boots on for the minor run speed. This was my 2nd attempt to do this naked as I tried once without boots on and the crocs caught me pretty fast :P

Thanks for showing you falling off the bridge, a lot of people making the guides usually only show their best clean pull and not what to do when you mess up.
Imagine, a sworn, honoured, protector of your tribe patrolling the area. All of a sudden you see a half naked gnome jumping around in the water pulling crocs and tigers for the slaughter.

@@StormgreyTheGamer Yea, I tried set up the controls with my xbox guitar hero controller, I gave it about 50 or so attempts but couldn't manage to make it past the berserker outside of jindo's joom because I would often find myself having to do loops because I would miss a lot of jumps, insanely hard to control, but if you wanna see that still, I can upload it lol

Yup! This is definitely the right call now. When I made this video, bijous were still 4-5 gold each on Bigglesworth and light feathers were only about 4g a stack, so it was more profit to waste less inventory slots with noggenfoggers to do more runs before hitting up a mailbox. Now bijous are barely over 1 gold each on Bigglesworth, and light feathers are almost as expensive as your Faerlina quote, so yeah, this is now good advice ;)
do you have target macro for Zulian Cubs? also insane with no mount and i tough im doing it good with mine 60% mount xD also that recover when you fail down no panic
Yeah I do, but I never hit it. It's much more fun spamming tab 20 times, then shift-tabbing to get it back after I pass it by :P

I've always heard about this "11 pack" pull, but there are only 10 aren't there?
First 2 -> Tigers 3 -> Jumpx2 -> Croc around Corner 4 -> Croc after bamboo 5 -> Tree Blink -> Counterspell Croc 6 -> Jump -> Facepull blink croc 7 -> Long Jump -> Croc after water 8 -> 2x Lip Pull Croc 10.
I actually thought it was 10 for a long time so i get where you’re coming from. The 2 packs that we had counted as one are the elite tiger packs. Each elite pack pulls separately, so if you pull one croc or one tiger from a pack, they all come. you will notice that i need to fireblast one tiger to get one of the packs to pull, and counterspell one tiger from the other pack to get that one to pull. As a side note, I’ve experimented with pulling an additional panther pack to make it 12. I’ve done it (with gear on lol) but the panthers have ~2.5x the HP of crocs and tigers so it takes way too long to be worth it :P

Yeah, I skipped 15% extra mana regen in arcane tree. My spec is 40 frost / 11 arcane with full ranks of blizz, permafrost, and cone of cold.
Now do it with grey lvl 1 boots with minor speed.

Why bother mentioning no noggenfogger if you use slowfall still? Also you have boots with minor speed, that alone is all you need. This whole pull is about not taking damage, it's not about how much damage you deal.

Hehe yeah, I totally could, but the only route for that I know relies on the troll patrol being in the right place at the right time when you are near the end of the route... I don't really like to rely on luck for something like this, but with enough attempts it shouldn't really be harder than this.

@@Porosoka Ah it's a cool way to do it. He used a lot of mana swimming with fishes and taking some unnecessary tiger damage... probably woulda died naked :P But I don't really feel like drinking swim speed potions. I bring LIPs for my normal runs, and so to make this video, all I did was take off my gear and not use my mount. The only reason I didn't use some lvl 1 grey boots enchanted with minor speed on them is because I didn't want to spend anymore time/gold to make it more impressive. Swim speed pots is just another thing I have to go buy just to avoid using LIPs :P
@@firemage8308 If you'd be willing to expand your gear requirements to allowing "Skull of Impending Doom", you could remove the LIP without the Troll patrol RNG.

Just tried the naked pull and mana's tight, but doable with that strat. Obviously adjust the beginning of the run to not use a mount, but even a 60% would work
@@classic-doll256 Awesome strat man, I loved that use of skull. Probably equipping another item will make the run less naked, but if I run out of LIPs and I wanna do more runs, I'm going to do this for sure. Way more reliable than the troll pat bridge with good timing. Thank you!!

Ppl dont realize that this isnt like a 100% success rate any minor problem lag spike, bad jump, a bad daze, bad blink, bad resist and it is gg.
If u do u have a repair bill have run back time and gold per hour plummets. These videos are just the recorded footage of the successful attempts. Also there is gonna be diminishing returns on gold earned as time goes on as bijous will have less value. So if u have a geared hunter or lock doing the old school farms that might be the play over trying to do this on an undergeared mage alt.
If more ppl r doing this then getting buyers will be more difficult as there is more competition. This also means less ppl r doing Dm or Mara farming so less competition for buyers. So even if the gold per hour is still lower doing the other farms, the gold per hour gap will close as time goes on so don't stress and there is way less risk with the other farms.

@@kwrifles Definitely depends on server and current prices... and of course luck makes a big difference. I taught a friend how to do these runs and he's been telling me that he pulls 2-4 bijous per run and almost no boes, whereas in my last 5 runs (a little over an hour to prevent lockout) I pulled 35 bijous, 15 boe greens, and an alcor's sunrazor. But I wouldn't try to calculate gold per hour based on that since you've probably guessed that is not an average hour :)

Just in case this still helps anyone, if you let them get too close before you jump up they will keep on coming. If you let them run down into the water and they get underneath you they will hit you vertically even though they are out of melee range. I've found it best to not really look at what the mobs are doing and just concentrate on the jumps. Once you concentrate the mobs together you want to hit them with blizzard when they are a few feet down the ramp, jump up, blizzard the same spot as they run back, jump down blizzard the same spot again so they run back and forth in blizzard all the time. You dont need to use the full cast of blizzard, you are fishing for clearcast procs so you can hit them with max rank. Otherwise use mostly rank one.

Ah yeah someone asked me about it in one of the earlier comments. It's just a simple macro I use for all mana gems to make my life easier. Shows the tooltip for the best mana gem but it'll use the best one I have left in my inventory:

@@TinyElly easiest way to the spot is swim along the very bottom of the right side as you enter, come up at the water fall, watch the snakes pat isnt right below and jump off, then run reset spot(with fresh instance wont have to worry about the axe or snake pats along the route) I only go left if boosting just adds agro and risk

Why did they nerf the back to 60? I think its dumb as fuck cause if u can't get a group for anything thing u can't go solo the old instances like before. All getting up to 120 was a big ass waste of time.
