    It is all but certain Jonah Anguka was NOT an innocent bystander in Ouko's demise. Essentially, we would have to endorse the idea Detective Troon was part of a wide ranging conspiracy in conjunction with the highest levels of power in Kenya which sounds rather absurd! Would Jonah Anguka enlighten Wananchi on his omnipresence: 270KM on official vehicle log leading to 13 Feb 1990, the morning Ouko disappeared that would not be explained; arrival home at 13 Feb 1990 in the morning and asked that it be falsely stated by AP s guarding his home he was home all evening leading to the murder; at Koru, the murder merely 2 hours after Ouko's body's discovery; Observe state pathologist Kaviti's preliminary assessment and subsequent official autopsy; Was at Ouko's Koru home when the call to let the Ouko family know Ouko's body had been found by Susan Anguka, who happened to be Dr. Ouko's PA, with the call from Foreign Affairs Office in Nairobi; at the Airport to receive Troon and his scotland yard team on 21 Feb, along with Oyugi,and for that matter he should enlight us in what capacity he was there to receive the scotland team; was present by Ian, the Forensic Pahtologist on Scotland Yards team, and thus conducted the same day of 21 Feb 1990, the day the team arrived; shoved aside a hired translator for the crucial evidence of a key witness Selina Were and did the interpretation himslelf, as Selina didn't understand English; was there to search Ouko's safe by Troon for documents relating to an alleged "corruption report" to be fielded by Ouko, and implicating senior officials in the kenyan government; active interference with the investigation team; and the list goes on. How is it possible to everywhere and yet were not involved in the crime, and nor were you charged with the responsibility to investigate the Murder, your post being Nakuru DC. How are you not involved?

      The planning, execution and the murder of Ouko was planned, executed and covered up by an evil axis of Moi-Biwott-Oyugi-Anguka in descending order of criminality. Anguka was not an innocent bystander at all. He was a part of the evil axis. It required the first two to be able to eliminate Oyugi when it looked like he was willing to testify before the Gicheru Commission. Again it took the first two to try to turn Anguke into being the fall guy. Again it took the first two to eliminate several potential witnesses to Ouko's death at various stages of planning, execution and cover up. Anguka alone had no capacity to plan, execute and cover up the murder. Moi and Biwott bore maximum responsibility.. Oyugi and Anguka were the hatchet men. Ouko's death was an extremely messy affair. Moi and Biwott were at right at the centre of it. But Anguka's hands are dirty too.

    • @georgeodhiambo598
      @georgeodhiambo598 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Mannix Mannix Nope. Your sense of logic lacks a flow. If Moi and Biwott were not responsible then why was Oyugi fired when the Gicheru Commission was begin to zero in into the politics of corruption at the molasses factory as the cause of Ouko's death? Why was he eliminated under mysterious circumstances soon after? Why was he dropped from being the Secretary to the Cabinet and transferred to be the inconsequential Chairman of of GM? Who could have been responsible for the elimination of the many potential witnesses to the murder? Who could have been responsible for poisoning of Troon? Why was the state keen on getting Troon to ignore the evidence and conclude that the cause of death was suicide? Who triggered the Kisumu Special Branch unit to start following Ouko's movements before he was killed and why and by whose authority was his phone tapped as was mentioned in the Gicheru Commission? Why did security agents secretly and illegally install listening devices in the hotel rooms of the judges who were hearing the case as the inquirry gathered momentum and was beginning to focus on the molasses factory? Ouko's death was not due to some simplistic philandering affair with Anguka's wife. There was clear state involvement at the highest level. Anguka was involved but just as a hatchet man. That is why he was easily turned into a fall guy once the mission was accomplished. Moi and Biwott bear the maximum responsibility.

    This Jonah Anguka guy is not fully the innocent victim he pretended to be. His disgust for Ouko was demostrated clearly in breaking the news to Ouko's wife. While a certain officer had quietly requested Mrs. Ouko to step aside to discuss something...Jonah Anguka stormed in and told Ouko's wife straight to her face your husbands body has been found and she collapsed in agony while Anguka's deputy was furious at him for such callousness and insensitivity. From Jonah Anguka there were clearly not tears shed over Ouko, if anything he appears to cherish Ouko's demise.

      Ouko was not killed for being a threat to Moi. It was all about corruption around the construction of the molasses plant. And he was naive enough to report his findings on the Biwott link to Moi, not realizing that both Biwott and Moi were benefitting from those corrupt dealings.
