    Hi, Could you make a video explaining how you got your business started. I think you said in a previous video it started out as a bit of a side gig, it would be interesting to learn more about you and your business from this perspective. Love the videos by the way 👍

    When you put the motor back together use lots of grease to hold the plate with the two springs in place. It will be a real pain without it. Always punch marks on each section of a hydraulic motor before you take it apart. You might have to reverse your hoses when you reinstall the motor if you changed the orientation but it should still work fine.

    What an interesting strip of the hydraulic motor, never had the need...yet ! I was shouting at you to keep the parts strictly in order as you took it apart, camera's lie !! Hoping you get it right with just new bearings.

    Hi, the small shaft inside the output shaft has spines and they will by probably sheared off. That is why you cannot remove the smaller shaft from the output shaft and that is where the problem is, i think. I have the exact fault on my motor. Anyway great video.

      Hi i actually think you are on to something. I was fiddling around with that and in one position i could turn it freely and i thought that was strange.
      But if it's pushed is our pulled out it engages .

      @@MiniMachines1 Hi i think there is something wrong, you should be able to pull the small shaft out without any effort. Try to remove it and check the spines. Even if the bearing was siezed you should hear some noise from hydraulic system pressure trying to overcome the seized bearing, like relief valve is open, it makes hissing noise. My english is not very good so i hope you follow. Hope it helps.

    By the way I have a 553 also here in the Netherlands. And, fortunately, a very good and helpful dealer.

    • @MiniMachines1

      Yes but he only bought a new one, I'm only using 5 minutes to pull it out now so if I could find one for cheap i would change it out, but they are like $2000 for av drive motor😓

    Your supposed to keep all the little pistons in the exact same order..they have worn in that exact spot..but the way you just misplaced them on the table you now have no idea..

    • @rl3898
      @rl3898 ปีที่แล้ว

      Surely they are rollers and move around the whole area !!

    • @RangieNZ
      @RangieNZ ปีที่แล้ว

      There are no pistons in these pumps, those cylinders just act like fixed pins. There are 7 cylinders, but the rotor only has 6 cavitys. As the rotor wobbles/rotates, each cavity moves onto the next cylinder - i.e. after several rotations, every cavity sees every cylinder.

      Makes sense nice explanation 😃
