🌹♥️🌹 Your mind is your “GREATEST ASSET AND POWER”!!!! Your body; mind; heart; and soul does exactly; what you programmed it to do; or you allow others to program your mind for you (it all starts with a thought🤔 your mind). Normally, when this behavior occurs; you don’t know your self value or worth as a woman; you marked your price tag down. You are not for sale! You are to “EXPENSIVE”( you are priceless 😉). Sometimes women feel that they have to be in a relationship; to be validated or valued; that’s not true. Men study a woman behavior to know if she’s: easy; vulnerable; toxic; courageous; strong; does she know her value; herself worth; loves herself;….etc; in order to know how to approach you and achieve his ultimate goal “YOU”! When a woman shows a man she loves; values; and knows herself worth; he is going to be more cautious of how he approaches you. Men will treat a woman the way they see you treat yourself and the way “YOU” allows him to treat you. God did not create you to be man’s doormat. You are created: beautiful; fearfully and wonderfully made…..Psalm 139:14; Praise of a virtuous woman……Proverbs 31:10-31; Song Of Solomon is a love song sung by the two lovers; a love story; Chapters 1-8; Trust in the LORD with all your heart……Proverbs 3:5-6; please read these scriptures in your spare time; I pray these scriptures will help and comfort you. Some men are “Gaslighters; Narcissists; Toxic;…..etc . Two books I would recommend reading: Enough is Enough (A Step -by- Step Plan to Leave an Abusive Relationship with God’s Help) David E. Clarke; PhD with William G. Clarke; MA (Biblical References) and How to Deal with Toxic People; Gregory L. Jantz, PhD with Keith Wall. I found these two books was very helpful; eye opening; informative; and inspiring (letting me know it wasn’t my fault; but helpful). Thanks for allowing me to share; 🙏 Asking GOD; to Bless and Cover; each and everyone one who read my comment. Let me say: some men are also being abused as well; by some women. We all need to try to be our “BEST and BETTER SELVES”! Many Blessings and Much Love To Each and Everyone Always🌹♥️🌹🙏

If the love isn't enough for them to want to heal, change, leave their toxic azz!! It's important to know the foundation of the behavior. Been there, done that❤

I cry and I pray even when times were hardest to put up with just to hear the the things coming from his mouth and all I wanted to do was walk away knowing that I do deserve better than to be treated this way , but I end up staying and being stupid in the process because I love hard . But in return all I get is someone that shows me that he’s just like how trip used to be someone not used to communicating . He isn’t bold enough to really admit it because I keep staying but maybe one day he will realize but when he does it will be too late. Ty Tripp for being man enough to show me that is not my fault that a man can eventually be real enough to admit when they are wrong by trying to fuck up something good which messes me up in the process. I don’t like who I’ve become since the fights got worse. But I have a choice and I choose me .

Loving Hard is a Super Power, and those who Authenically Love Hard are Superheroes. However, it isn't always your job save the other Person, but be the Person who can demonstrate how to save yourself. Be proud of your Heart's capacity to Love Hard, use it to Love yourself even Harder & Heavier until you feel the weight of all negative energy disintegrate from your Aura. Never stop Loving Hard, just pair that magical skill with the Art of Discernment. Nothing from your Heart will ever be wasted, all Love given from it will multiply Blessings in ways you can't even imagine. Recognize your Greatness and move forward knowing you gave your Best! Never be ashamed for fully showing up and giving your best, you are not the Fool, only those who could not recognize your Heart are at the loss. Forgive yourself for not always honoring yourself in the ways you wish had. Make up for your own self betrayal by doing better each day at the pace you can... Think of it like weight training. In a year, you will be so far from where you are now and you will be so proud of your own growth. Just stay the course, cleanse your Spirit with Honesty and Empathy, practice Self Care, and continue to sprinkle Love around people, places, and things that you believe could use a bit of your Brightness without compromising your Light. You got this 🤗💗 Infinite Love and Gratitude, Asè Namasté AMEN 🙏🏾💗

It hurts to have to walk away from someone I love so much but it became impossible. I had to choose between my mental health, my spiritual growth and him. He was great man in so many ways but I don’t think he even truly believed that about himself, although he came off as arrogant. But they will look at a guy like him and say...well he changed, so my man can too. I guess they don't realize that these type of dudes are few and far between.
So they stay there longer than they should...end up losing their self and self worth, esteem and everything...until they are completely broken and a shell of what they used to be...never to return. It's sad, but definitely a reality. I hope more women wake up soon. FR. IJS

The only thing I take accountability for is, letting my ex treat me poorly. Not leaving and staying gone for good the first time he disrespected me that relationship definitely changed me as well as made me broken inside. When he screamed “oh me and my new girlfriend gonna have something different I’ll send you wedding invitations” that’s when I knew his intentions were nothing but trying to hurt me as a woman I know I have an attitude to certain things I didn’t like about him but he was so disrespectful towards me and I didn’t know how naive I was until now as I reflect back on it he was just using me to get him a gun and give him sex whenever he wants with no attachment I thank god I didn’t give him that gun and made the right decision he says I didn’t hold him down when he needed me but I felt like I did but it’s so much i can tolerate from him and i can’t keep accepting bare minimum from someone that I loved especially when he kept comparing me to other women and putting other women first but always turn around and ask me for something an opinion about another woman, money, advice, ideas, sex, a gun, empathy, support, compassion, I just honestly can say he never loved me

I also think there is some trauma there that needs to be healed for a women who is dealing with the toxic man it’s not all him. She may be great and sweet to the man but what allows her to not know her true value to get a man that will be healthy for her. All in all sounds like they aligned and vibrated at the moment so they could grow in the end. They need to put me on this show on that stage. Love and prosperity beautiful ppl.

Woe, how many women have silent tears creating a maze on their face. How many women sit in the room staying still to keep their composure. How many women are running their fingers on my words like braille because they feel me….. I used to go to the car wash to hide my tear and scream playing “ duck duck goose “with the bubbles as the washed the residue away. When the blower came on, I’d sit myself up, adjust my rear view mirror and sip my expensive coffee then drive back home and find my space again! To be continued. My hope for you is freedom in your wealth of healing. I told myself one day, if you are over 3 feet tall or whatever your measure. Refuse to drown in two feet of water. Reach for help or holler for some. At the age of five I was kidnapped, r word and the stranger tried to drown me. I was found the next day. However, without, instructions, family values, or hope. Somehow, I made it to a half of 100. I bare, the scars of a warrior. At times I can’t ever recognize myself in strength. Then “ Sister Sun” shows up and hands me just enough light to make it through. I choose to take my joy in a rose colored crystal glass. That way I can feel fancy. With sweet rhythm in my hips, I will never tolerate, cheating or hitting. I suspect you know that deep down. When a father or mother has caused their children to sin up to adulthood, the best advice I can give u, is to follow our LORD & SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST!! He will 4give your sins, if u R truly sorry in your heart & HE knows a liar B4 the liar lies🤷🏽‍♀️ He teaches a boy how to become a man & he teaches a woman how to not be a Jezebel.
