Love the format sterling. It’s, informed, genuine and sincere, yet relaxing and chill but fun and exploratory too. Quite a balancing act you’ve achieved!

I sold my big bike for a 701 Husky Enduro with some minimal gear. Totally transformed my experiences. I no longer look up roads to see if I can make it or not. Dropping it solo is no big deal and opens up much more remote country than an all weather dirt road. My .02

I love the cooking aspect of your videos, its my favorite part. It's such a big part of adventure riding for me. I love that you show all of the ingredients and the process, this gives me inspiration to try some new things. Please keep these coming - don't change a thing!

Same here, I really enjoy seeing the camping part of the adventure. A lot of channels just show the ride, which is only half of the story. Camp life is a big part of it and I’m happy he shows it.

Always enjoy your videos. I'm a natural introvert and you strike me as being an introvert, too, as you appear to love being alone on solo adventures. Just as your soul seems to long for the desert, mines used to long for the sea when I was young. During my virile, robust years as a young man in my late teens up until my mid-30s, I loved visiting the ocean and islands. Sometimes it seems I couldn't differentiate whether I was caught up in a trance or a mere dream when I seem to have little glimpses of my being on ancient wooden ships at the head of the bow watching a beautiful sunset on calm waters; in some instances it would be very cold and I had on a wool-like coat.
It sounds very eccentric but it's true. It's like I lived in another life. Yes, I hear you on your soul longing for the desert. The world is changing; the US is changing; there is no rewinding, no replay, no redux of nostalgia living in the US and the world over. For those of us who are spiritual, it's all in the providence of God. We must accept and adjust to this changing world. COVID-19, as tragic as it is, wasn't a fluke. Many a good thing probably come from this, although it has brought much anger, anxiety and uncertainty.
Thanks for these kinds of adventure vids for they put me at ease on days I long to get away and ride my motorcycle. I live in the Pacific Northwest and am excited to start riding up and down this region of the US once things stably turn to normal.

Again, a wonderful and excellent video. As discussed in the past, I appreciate you Shining a spotlight on what's going on along our Southern border and how the landscape is being transformed by recent governmental policies. I used to travel these landscapes that you've been showing, and I'm just as concerned as you are on how these remote areas will be affected by roads, gigantic border walls and other alterations going into the future. This is our nation's cumulative patrimony that we hand down to Future Generations, what will be the Legacy of these recent decisions and how the landscape has, and will be, transformed as a result?

The desert repairs itself quickly. The winds blow here often and the dust and sand moves always. Between that and the utv tearing things up you'll never know in a full year the road will be back to bumpy and rocky.

I really enjoyed your VLOG! I live in Green Valley, so I think I will be visiting the area- thanks to you! I have a pretty heavy bike (for me- a KTM 890-R) so I try to avoid deep sand, but this trip looks doable. I carry a single leg jack which helps me stand the bike up. I will show it to you when I visit Bisbee in the near future.

Hello Sterling, I have been watching your quality videos/films for a long time, back from the days with Helge and loved every single one. Not only your cinematography is spot on but your VO is so good. I am not certain what cameras you used back in the days but even then it was perfect without 4KS and all that good stuff! I do go back and forth from the beginning of your adventures with that whatever camera format to drone shots now and I just love every single second of it! I just watched the Indonesia video. Then the 65 days to South America. I hope I can make it to Bisbee this late spring/early summer and have a chance to meet you and Eva at the Jonquil Hotel! I know you have a lots of footages on each of your trip and I just wish that you could show us more, I know it takes a lot of work to edit each video, but a "director's cut" would be so cool for some of us! Just upload the "almost entire trip" no edit, except for what cannot make it to the big screen for the reasons we know off! Cheers

Very cool that you have been following along for so long! It's been an incredible journey for me and I have always tried to make the best videos that I could every step of the way with whatever equipment I could afford. I've learned a lot too in the process. It's nice to know that there is someone (like you) following along since the start. Take care and hope to see you someday in Arizona!
