Roti looking good and so delicious dear sis 😍 love it. Happy Saturday and blessed weekend to you dear beautiful sis have a wonderful day dear lovely sis God bless you always dear sis🙏🏻😇 love you always ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Terri-ann I live in Stockwell. Whenever I do buss up or roti I can never get the finished product soft. Maybe the flour I’m using could be an issue. So can I ask you who’s flour do you use? Is it the shop’s own for 55p or a more expensive brand? Hopefully this might help. Many thanks🥰
Misleading to say it's no- knead. She kneaded the dough in a food processor. Although kneading doesn't take too long, that's enough for roti dough. Without kneading the flour won't develop any gluten, which is necessary to roll it for rotis. Technically she made paranthas not Rotis. Rotis are never made with oil. Paranthas always use oil plus the layering she did is done for parathas, not for rotis. Anyway, a useful video if you want to make paranthas. Rotis are simpler and easier! Call it what it is 😂😂
I’m not African, BUT the Caribbean where I’m actually from is quite heavily influenced by Indians and the food they make. My granny (may she RIP) made this all throughout my childhood so shame on you Farah for such an assumption. Good day!
🙄 you guys eat macaroni and cheese, fried chicken, cornbread, seafood boils etc which is BLACK foods and we don't complain. Either way we cook your food better than you do.🤷🏾♀️
Will be trying this soon.hope that mine will turn out well
I absolutely love Roti especially with curry/jerk chicken as a wrap with potatoes in it! OMG thank you for sharing this!

@@TERRIANNSKITCHEN Thanks Terri-ann. I will try their brand. I normally use Tesco but I will try Lidl and let you know.

Hi terri-ann ,what country are you from?

Can I use a regular blender?
Never tried but honestly you can experiment :)
I was seeing an Indian man for some time, and he made chapati for me.. I could have sworn it was roti 😹

Can you freeze roti.
Yes definitely you can :)
Thank you.
You have kneaded the dough.

Too much oil is not very good for health my dear

Now we have to learn how to make Pakistani Roti and Paratha from Africans 🙄🤦🏻♀️
