About 13 years ago, living by myself in a big house in SoCal, I was sitting on the couch watching TV when a drop of water fell down onto my jean pants. I looked up at the roof and there was nothing. That part of the roof had no attic and it was a hot summer day. I shined a flashlight up there to see if there was condensation somehow and there was nothing. 5 mins later, my sister called me and told me something strange happened. She felt a drop of water hit her head while sitting on her couch watching TV allll the way in Arizona. To this day we can’t explain it.🤷🏻‍♂️💧

This has happened to me as well , and it was warm water , from the roof , i even got a ladder to check for a leak , as it was a hot day out , and i thought it was water trapped in the roof heated and seeping through the ceiling ........ nothing .... no hole , no water patch on the ceiling , no wet patch.... just pristine 2 month old white paint with out a blemish , because my painting skills are fkn awesome.
BTW i dont believe in 99% of this stuff , but my warm drop of water i still cant explain. Also why do so many people have the same water drop story ? Also creeps me out more being warm like ....wtf?
Also this was in Australia , and during one of our many droughts , so even if i had a leak ...like ? how? all the water piping is under the house (its on piers) still mind fks me to this day.

The story of Uri Geller sitting in the cafeteria eating ice cream at 47:21 has convinced me there needs to be a show or movie comedy in the style of What We Do in the Shadows about SRI at this time period.

When Dana told the story about her apported tarot cards I screamed because I had a tarot deck experience as well. Years ago I was staying at my friends place and was doing a reading for his daughter. Later on I was packing up, but the tarot cards were not where I left them… We searched high and low (I only had them in the living room) but they had totally vanished. His daughter mentioned this happening quite a bit recently (objects randomly missing and reappearing) so I called everyone together, we went into a separate room and called out to the tarot (and whatever entity perhaps) and asked for them to be put back… We came back into the living room and there laying ON TOP of my bag were the cards.

My grandmother, who was born I 1910. Would always tell me....if you ever think you have lost something after looking everywhere, ask nicely for it back and they will give it back. Its always things that I carry on me all the time. Like my silver ring, or my favourite pendant. Sometimes my earpods! I have add and need podcasts on whilst working or I'm alone. I hate being left with my thoughts 🤯
My gran also read palms, tarot and tea leaves. She was very knowledgeable and visited me after her death. I named my daughter after her and she attracts spirits and is sensitive. We have in depth talks about where a soul goes and what ghosts I've seen. She is 5, but her soul is older.

One day, a beautiful moonstone teardrop pendant with a silver chain appeared in my bathroom. No one who lived there, no one who had recently visited, claimed to know anything about it. It's since been one of my favorite pieces. I like to think the faeries gifted it.

this reminds me so much of my mom telling me to pray to st anthony to find something i lost. i lost a necklace once and for weeks i kept saying the prayer in my head whenver i thought to. sure enough i found the necklace one day on the desk i use everyday that is usually completely bare except for my computer. i swear there’s no way i could have missed it before, it was in plain sight as if i summoned it somehow.

Dude, I wore a Saint Christoper medallion for a long time years ago. One night I realized I had lost it and was so sad and confused, but figured the chain broke and fell off. A week later, at a Walmart on the baby diaper/pacifier aisle, I found it sitting on the middle shelf!! I got the medallion in Florida, it was metal with lavender and aqua color resin over top of it on a ball chain, very recognizable, and the walmart I found it at was in NC 🤯 I was, however, in NC when I lost it...along the Appalachian Mountains.

My grandpa died a little after I finished high school and was given his pocket knife. I was out with friends at a school field and had it with me, went back to a friends house and I realized I lost the knife. A week later I found the pocket knife in a shoebox of keepsakes, I've kept it there since.

This is a really cool subject. I hadn’t heard of the term apported before, as opposed to materializing a non personal object, so I never knew to look it up. Here is my experience -
About ten years ago I was house sitting at my mom’s place while she was out of town. Somehow two of the rubber “feet” on the bottom of my MacBook detached, and before I had a chance to glue them back on, I misplaced them. Memory is a bit unclear on their disappearance, so I don’t remember if it felt more mysterious than clumsy that I lost them so easily. But about six months later, I’m at home (not my mom’s place), and one evening I leave my room to go to the kitchen or something and when I come back - both of these rubber computer feet are waiting on the lower corner of my bed next to each other, very easily spottable. No one around that could have done this or placed them there for me. Just my dad at home and he was in another room. He had never seen them
Maybe the details sound a little underwhelming, but for me this was a very cool and impressive experience.

Wish I could remember the group of British paranormal researchers who would go into a deep basement in England and do experiments. They had lots of apports of all types, plus unexposed film producing images, seances, etc. I think it may have been as far back as the 1960's or 70's.
It was something I came across in my various "studies", and was my first acquaintence with the apport term. I'll see if I can Google it and add as an edit. - Edit: It was called the Scole experiment.

At least a couple of times a year I will go to retrieve an item from either 1) its intentional place 2) where I just left it in plain view - and it's not there. So I run around, toss things and eventually give up and look back over where I had expected it to be AND IT IS THERE. So I see it as a prank to shake me out of whatever stressful circular thought I can't get out of my head. It never happens when I'm trying to get out the door, as if it is specifically to get my attention without actually creating a problem. I've gotten to the point where I laugh and say ok, good one, thanks.

I'm becoming more and more enamored with the notion of the Sentient Idea - a kind of life form that exists only as a thought - or at least, is something that exists in or manifests as what we experience as thought. Since an idea only exists when someone is thinking it, or thinking about it, the Sentient Idea keeps feeding just enough to keep you thinking about it, but never brings you to a resolution since that would be self-defeating. That's why high strangeness involves numerous tantalizing leads that ultimately just become bizarre dead ends - the Sentient Idea is just feeding off your attention, but like a desperate streaming service has to keep feeding you new and different stuff to hold your attention.

Northern europeans tend to consider apports, especially in their living areas, as the work of housetomte. Its totally normal to have a "skeptic" go "oh I lost the keys to a cabinet, housetomtes are trying to be funny again." and a big part of it, is if you ask nicely, the item you lost comes back to you.
I recently had this happen (again, it happens often) where an earring I dropped on accident last year, showed up on the floor infront of me out of nowhere. The time I lost it, I was standing in our storageroom, taking them off. It fell straight down and was just.. gone. I looked all over, nothing. Then last week, I was talking to a friend on discord about it and how upset it made me. That day on my way home from work, I got a strong feeling that I should clean that room today. I was exhausted, but the feeling was so strong I had to. Literally as I put my phone down on a shelf with music playing, I see that bright yellow, flat silicone dangly earring on the floor, in the middle. Right where I stood when I lost it. I burst out into laughter, cursed the tomte and immediately apologized, because they DID do what I asked 😂

Someone gave me a metal Thunderbird charm when I was little. I carried it with me every day and I lost it at school when I was in fifth grade about to leave that school. When I turned 24, I moved with my husband back into my dads house to help take care of him and I’d go for walks around my old elementary school. They’d torn down a lot of the old building and rebuilt it, including a new sidewalk where there was none before when I was a child. One day as the sun was setting, I was walking around the school on the sidewalk, and saw something right in the center of this new sidewalk. It was my Thunderbird charm that I had lost as a child! What the heck?! So I still have it. It’s mine.

So weird … this is the first video by you guys that I have watched except for of course I have watched all of the Hellier series. I don’t usually do podcasts but you guys held me captivated the entire time. I could talk about this stuff all day long, but not a single one of my friends or family want to talk about anything concerning these types of mysteries so I can’t wait to work my way through your discussions. One special note is that when you talked about feeling a drop of water fall on your arm out of nowhere I actually immediately got that butterflies in my stomach weird heightened feeling because it actually just happened to me yesterday. I was in my bathroom and plunk out of nowhere a drop of water fell on my arm. Nothing on the ceiling, so it definitely gave me a moment of reflection. Now, less than 24 hours later, I have been educated on apports. Thank you! Thank you also for the excellent ghost story! ✌

I had this happen with a glass of water on the early 2000. I was home alone with my dog. I was about eleven, I was grabbing something from the pantry and I had gotten myself a glass of water that I left on the dinner table. I grabbed my snack and walked back to the table to grab the glass that I had left ready there… it was gone.
I went around looking for it everywhere, I went to my room, to the living room, checked even inside the pantry… nowhere to be seen. Of course I checked if by any chance my dog had made it fall somehow, but there was no spilled water and no glass shards or anything, I mean, I did not even hear it falling an breaking. My dog was a medium size dog that did not reach the table, but he was smart so thinking that maybe he had pushed it somehow was not that crazy.
I got a new glass and forgot about it. Until later that evening when my mom was back and she was like: “uh, why is there a glass of water behind my tv?”
The glass of water that I had misplaced that morning ended up behind my mom’s tv somehow. I did not put it there and I am pretty damn sure my dog did not either. That was interesting, but not as much as the time that I saw my mom’s doppelgänger. Now, THAT was a turning point in my life.
Oh, and yes, weird stuff happens now and then in my home. Not sure why, I don’t think there’s any historical reason and the building I live in was built a few years before my mom made the purchase, so is not like something left behind. I don’t know, but is a fun life.

I know I’m commenting late since this wasn’t the most recent episode. But I have to share. Years ago my dad lost his wedding ring. He and my mom looked everywhere. They emptied every trashcan. Turned out every pocket. Took apart the drains. Checked the vacuum cleaner. It was GONE. They debated getting him a new one for years, but it was special because they had it made especially for him on their honeymoon and no replacement felt right. Long story short, he found it. Years later inside a newly opened tissue box. Still baffled.

I frequently (at least once a month) experience the water drop. Most of the time it’s just the sensation, but occasionally the actual droplet is tangible. Once a whole ass puddle appeared in the middle of my dining room. No explanation for it; not a leak, no smell or odor, just a random puddle on the floor away from any water source. And I live in Arizona, so it’s not like there’s a lot of water most of the time.

Then told my boyfriend ..... next morning, he woke up to a water droplet hitting him and his bed sheet. He took a picture of the bed and you can see the water spot!! He was so rattled that he stood on the bed and looked at the ceiling just to make sure it wasn't a leak. Then when I told my sister about our experiences, she said ... NO WAY!! I had that happen to me in the kitchen a few days ago. I reached for the handle to the fridge and before I pulled it I felt a water drop hit the side of my arm. SO WEIRD!!

I've had the water drop happen to me as well. Just sitting on the couch and felt something wet hit my arm. Looked down and touched it with my finger and sure enough, it was a drop of water. Checked the ceiling and it was totally dry.

From age 8-mid 20s apports happened so often. A similar one to Greg, remotes, jewelry, hair clips & more I’m sure I don’t remember. Friends would even joke about it.

In my early teens, I had a tiny drop of blood appear on my white blouse (of course I was wearing a white blouse).
In my pre-teens, I thought I'd lost an envelope containing candy drive money I'd collected. I had put it in my school sweater pocket and walked the three blocks to my school, checking my pocket constantly, because I was that paranoid that I'd lose it. I checked it just before I crossed the street to my school, and it was there, but when I got to the other side of the street, I checked again and it was gone. I retraced my steps all the way home and back again, but never found the envelope. Two years later, I was looking through an old candy box where I kept school valentines. The box had been in a closed section of the corner group bedset (if you remember those) where I slept, but I hadn't looked in there in a long time. As I sorted through the valentines, I saw a familiar looking envelope, and the hair stood up on the back of my neck. It was indeed the missing candy drive money envelope, with the $20 inside intact!
A few years ago, I got up to let my cat out of our bedroom around 3:30 AM, and decided to use the bathroom before going back to bed. I took a few steps into the back room, which was between our bedroom and the bathroom, and felt something soft and spongy hit and bounce off the top of my head, dead center. There is nothing but ceiling over me. I looked down in the dim light, and saw something black at my feet. I picked it up and it was a mic sock! I didn't want to think too hard about how it came to bounce off my head at 3:30 AM, so I could get back to sleep after. I never did figure it out, but I think it might have been a recently departed friend who I could see playing that kind of prank.

I received an apport of a Fisher Space Pen cartridge refill on my desk on an open notebook. I was writing about a ufo sighting I had, and went outside to water the garden, and when I came in the pen cartridge was on my journal. No idea where it came from... I was the only one home and I was only gone a few moments.

RE: The ornamental tie thing; I wonder if the cosmos and/or intelligence has some kind of way to 'tag' an object as 'lost'. I mean does this mean that 'lost' objects go to a 'place'? Is this related to liminality? Is there like a Cosmic Grand Central Station that's just full of "lost" shit? And they're pulled out whenever it's deemed neccessary? I love the idea of that.

(I swear I didn’t sneeze on them and it definitely didn’t come out of them)

Barclay Mountain tidbit: There is ONE newer grave-marker in that cemetery it is the stone marking the grave of a father. his daughter had been kidnapped and raped and later found not far from the camp. the man being held responsible was in the midst of a public hanging when someone spoke up of the COURT of LAW being the appropriate avenue. the trail ends at the local jail. as for the father, he later killed himself at the spot his daughter had been found. Aged 39 years.

I and my husband both have had the random drop of water then once the weird gross viscous clear liquid that Greg mentioned happened to me- all in same room but not in same area of that room and it drove me nuts looking for anything to explain it- I really wish I knew what it indicated or meant was going on.

During Covid I did the Shem angel walk and sat with all 72 angels over the course of a year and a half. When I was on the 2nd angel in that process I had an apport happen. I was preparing for the ritual and writing down the appropriate sigils in my book. I looked to the right to make sure I was recreating the sigil correctly, looked back, and found a frond sitting in the middle of my ritual book. After several minutes of saying, "you have to be fucking kidding me," I figured out the frond came from a plant in the same room. The plant was 3 feet away from where I was sitting and there is no way it could have detached itself and floated to the middle of my book in the few seconds I was looking at the source material.

in my family, there's a longstanding understanding that if you lose something, you should ask my grandpa for it back. he'll put it somewhere in plain sight where it absolutely Could Not Have Been before. I guess that's an apport?

it happened to me twice during my chilhood that coins fell from the ceiling. One time I was completely alone in the living room, for some reason looking at the wooden surface of the table, and suddenly this 10cents coin just lands on it, without spinning, it just lands flat. There wasn't anybody else on that same floor, my grandma was downstairs, still later I asked her if she had thrown a coin at me. She just looked at me very confused and I changed subject...other strange things happened but I always just brushed it off, saying to myself I was wrong.

I noticed him on the right side of the pole on your first piece of old footage you showed. (I would bet there is a Native burial ground in the woods that way. Because of the umhuman entity beside him on the left side of the pole).

One time. A long time ago before I even knew what tarot was, I knew what it was but didn't think i had a real deck. Me and my husband was gifted a deck in a random Christmas gift with random items from his aunt and dad. (Both Christians?) Classic deck as far as i can remember. One time while cleaning i found the lovers card in between my mattresses. It was weird. I didnt really even realize what a tarot deck was to begin with and it was just weird. My son was 2ish at the time and he did like cards so who knows. My son is now 18 and i wonder if i still have the deck stashed somewhere. Or what i even did with the single card i found. Because it was found after the deck was put away or whatever. Anyways the comment at the beginning about moving tarot cards made me wonder. Im such a pack rat and really need to clean so now I want to look for the deck now! 😅

Things deport from my place all the time. Lol People have always said they sense fae around me. Like literally before I even believed in them. So now when I drop something and it disappears into the abyss, I put some shiny things on a silver platter with honey and ask for them to please return said item. It’s never where I expect, but I usually get them back after asking. When they don’t come back, I call those my Trump faeries. 🎉
