just a heads up, your mic is too hot on the recording.
meaning your audio is clipping. Your input volume level is too high.
This distorts the audio, and makes less enjoyable to listen to. Monitor your audio levels.

I was weighing between q7 plus and s 8 plus. I have hardwood floor so I think q7 should be enough.

How's the privacy on this? Is it sending all this data back to the manufacturer? Little concerned about an EXACT map of my home being in the eather.

What's the interest of a giant Chinese company in knowing where are the walls in your home? In S7 Max-v model, which have a camera on it, you have the option to turn off the camera (disabling obstacle avoidance)... That's up to you to turn on or off...
I Think most people will choose obstacle avoidance over the conspiration of being filmed and watched by the Chinese people. x)

There's a map somewhere no matter what though. It might not have the furniture but someone could find the building plans of the house or the listing and layout on a real estate website
