I can't think of a single practical reason where I would ever use the Russian language, except maybe to understand the lyrics in Russian music I like. :D (which is how I found you) But I've been caught up watching your videos here and on your other channel and you are amazing. Energetic, understandable, a great teacher! I really want you and your wife to succeed! God bless you two and all your work!

Russian is the 8th most spoken language in the world with up to 17 countries speaking it as a main language. On top of that it has some of the best literature in the world. Such as Tolstoy, Dostoevsky etc… it’s a very useful language in my opinion.

I feel the part about Russian friends waking up just as you're going to bed and vice versa, it can be a struggle 😂

Yeah man, I have a Russian friend (I live in the US), and whenever he's out of school and at home, I'm at school. Only on the weekends I can VC or play some games with him, but sometimes even then, he's not online.

[Random Question about Vocabulary] I’ve been using a notebook to write down 30 words each day. Here’s the problem, I don’t know what to do, the only thing I’ve been doing is writing sentences for each word. I am unsure how to remember them because reviewing would take a lot of work because I am doing 30 words a day and that adds up to a lot of words. If anyone could give me advice on how to not forget the words I learn, it would be of great help to me. Thanks. (Sorry if I ask vocabulary questions too much.)

I am not a professional but one way can maybe if you see something that is in your vocabulary like for say if black is in your word list and you see the color black that day try to think of what it is in russian and say it a couple times and everytime you see that just think the word. I don't know if that makes sense. In short terms it's kind of like sticky noting things but in your head maybe?

Do you have videos that actually tell about the sentence structure...the way certain pronouns are built in and such? Or have the Russian and English word side by side?
