Automation for Modelling-P3: Application of Load || Moving Load; inclined & curved,Hydrodynamic Load

In this video, I have covered how we can automate complex load applications in STAAD using different custom tools, including three load items which are not yet available in STAAD - moving load on inclined plane, from any global or local direction, hydrodynamic load on tank structure to simulate seismic activity and wind load on pitched roof.
Automation is the use of technology to perform different task where we can minimize the human input. 3D analysis and design software STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition is equipped with an API library - OpenSTAAD using which we can automate different process and link any custom template/automation tool to STAAD. This helps us to minimize the modelling, analysis and design time and also help in data transfer process. In this video, I have discussed about few automation techniques related to modelling.

Sir, I am getting a error in staad at the time of run analysis. It is saying
Exception[ access violation raised; aborting analysis].
Can you please tell me a way to fix this?

This message suggests that STAAD crashes during a process. It might be model specific or there might be some problems in that STAAD version. Try to use the latest version of STAAD and check if that solves the issue.

Impulsive & convective forces using this macro tool is limited to specific conditions, like tank should be of square or rectangular in shape, tank should be rest on flat ground ,i.e. not on sloped ground, tank wall should be of uniform section, tapered wall section not allowed, tank should be open at top, roof on tank top is not allowed, etc. kindly make macro, that is applicable to all type,shape,sections, and all conditions.
