As always THANKS! This was actually what i needed. I also lost the spring of the selector switch. Also to people out there.. DONT mix WE G17/G18C slides.. my stupid friend ruined my slide that way.. (you should never leave a gun at a friends house! lol)
the spring goes first, the rocket valve (weird fish hook looking thing) then you put the pin in through the holes to hold it in place, I hope that helps! :)
Mine does this and its brand new, I notice it came off easier when the selector switch is down. You will notice is moves out of the way better when you look at the frame/slide. Odd but it worked for me.
If that is happening, make sure everything is properly lubricated and healthy, I would check the piston, the loading nozzle and the guts. Those are usually the reason for the gas spewing everywhere, mine doesn't do that but I always oil it and check it, so give it a check! ^_^
Still working, and as far as I know, there are no enhanced g18 nozzles, but its so easy to do the g17 mod, its just shaving one nub, its very very simple, give it a shot
you get what you pay for, the WEG18c has several glaring problems, but can be fixed somewhat. Their loading nozzle breaks commonly as well as their outer barrel, but with those fixed, its not so bad
the parts are different,but if you have a TM slide with all the parts, you can put it togheter with the WE lower and it will work, at least mine we gen4 did work with a TM upper.

I literally just bought a boneyard WE Glock 18c and it needs internal pieces. I've never had any sort of glock pistol so I don't really know where to get pieces or mods for it. Not even a clue, when I took it apart, I lost it off the bat! Haha, it still works for me and I don't want to spend any money on it so I just deal with it:/. I'm sure Evike or a WE distributor will have the part needed. ^_^
Thanks bud and to be honest, really not sure the size can't remember, if you have the return spring in hand, just measure the diameter of that and go smaller, The trigger I have in it is a Guns Modify Aluminum Adjustable Trigger and the Guarder 150% recoil spring. The AIP nozzle can bought via aipairsoft (dot) (com), as for disabling the safety, I used the GunsModify Serial Plate to get rid of it! Hope that helps :)

Hey man, I broke my mag release. A quarter of the release is snapped off and I was wondering if I have to dismantle the bottom first to replace the broke mag release with a new one. Or can I just go straight to the change without worrying about anything flying off
Question, I just got a WE 18c gen 4, new model from 2017, I notice theres a small nub in my air nozzle spring. I think its a upgraded from the factory for the plunger to hit it to stop the nub from breaking off the tab on the nozzle. Can you confirm this with other we 18c you know of? It's like a 5th of the original plunger size at the tail of the spring where it hits. I am guessing it will absorb the recoil and cause it not to break.
Whenever I pull my trigger, it sticks, it won't go forward, I can't even use it, it won't fire, I have to pull the slide back to reset the trigger, please help!
+IcePick Airsoft that is supposed to happen, it should fire perfectly fine. when you pull the trigger it releases the hammer and locks in the pulled position. the hammer releases gas, firing the bb and cycling the slide, resetting the trigger

some rumors say that new "we g18c" loading nozzles are reinforced, don't know if its true or not but I basically use g17 loading nozzles, AS or the cheap AIP ones don't like em much, but they are dirt cheap

Can't take my slide off like yours. Tabs feel super resistant and it isn't coming off easily.

Derplight , mine does this from time to time as well, try hitting the butt of the slide on a table, this works for me.

Yea you can mix them together, might need some fitment done but I've done it for a friend already.

The AIP G17 muzzle didn't fit my WE piston, it was too big so I used a TM piston instead, so it may not work

i think thats a 7 inch pdi as for the mock suppressor, its very old - didnt really have a name but was just sold as glock suppressor

check your hop-up base and outer barrel where the guide rod sits thats the are most people mess up on. make sure its flush

if its a rubber piece then yea some glocks have that to reduce impact.
