Chicken Wings With Chinese Mushrooms In Oyster Sauce Aunty Mary This fried chicken wings in Chinese mushrooms oyster sauce is simple and easy to cook, yet delicious. It goes very well with plain rice or noodles. Aunty Mary shows how to cook this easy recipe chicken wings with Chinese mushrooms in oyster sauce.
Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings, no tips, cut at joints
1 knob ginger, slice thinly
1/2 bulb garlic, peel and chop
1 handful dried mushrooms, soaked until soft
Marinade for Chicken
3 Tbsp oyster sauce
4 Tbsp corn starch
Seasoning Sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 Tbsp corn starch
3 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 Tbsp soya sauce
2 Tbsp dark soya sauce
4 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 C water
