Do you reccomend the bauer polisher?

It's great for starting out, if you don't do a lot of cars for a living. Honestly it's a great polisher for the money, a "professional" brand DA polisher costs 4x as much but if you are serious about doing cars like this on a weekly basis I'd spring for a rupes. Otherwise the Bauer is great.
