I had this vacuum for about a year before it started giving me issues. One of the wheels wouldn't roll. Eufy expected me to fix it. I gave it my best shot and it was difficult. They relented and sent me a refurbished unit. That unit lasted about 7 months before it started being unable to pick up pet hair it previously had no issue with. It would hit small bump in the transition between my hallway to my kitchen and it would release little bits of dirt and such. I would have to go back over the rolling brush with a handheld vacuum to vacuum up all the pet hair. I think the suction gave way or something.
Excellent review, very informative. I will be buying this, since I found a great deal on this particular model (vs the 15C which is now more expensive) and I really want the app control. :) Thank you!
