Your expertise and patience is exceptional. The customer paying 3 hours diagnoses was well worth their money… Many would have just gone part after parts replacement.. well done on this one..
good find my friend. oh yes another peril of modern cars mosfet control switching the power off on a faulty circuit. not like the good old days fuse blows and you can use your old test light or a metre to see if it’s short to ground . bit safer the new style but can be a pain in the rear to diagnose . still same principle applied 👍
Hi. Just having my tea while watching. What a mess with the loom. I wish people would leave this sort of thing to people in the no. Not try it themselfs and cut wires willy nilly. Good job your in the no.
did u get codes from it? i would have thought that it would have a stored code related to short or open in left tail lamp circuit if its stopping the output signal
Great work dude, for example if that was for a fuel pump and didn’t have access under rear seat to unplug the pump how would you test that for short to ground ?🙏
Can I ask I’m looking for advice. Cayc engine injector cylinder 1 down so replaced with new injector coded fine but on live data pid Pre injection 1 activation deviation is not moving just saying on 0 even if you rev the engine. But main and 2/&3 is registration okay? Can you advise please .

Excellent work, could the customer understand why this sort of fault can take 2 to 3 hours to diagnose and rectify?
Brilliant work as always.. Excellent .. 👍
Great video fella, mosfet switching been on the go for a while now.
Knowing if a car has it or not is the big thing.
Well done ✌️👌
Mondeo Mk5's are notorious too for wiring issues under the side plastic panels. 9 times out of 10 it's along the passenger side too.
