So if I build a Spark-Ignited/LNG/Ethanol Cummins with the same parts most racing diesels have, is there a chance it could be revving higher engine speeds and still make a boat load of torque? I'm new to the diesel community but only because I'm trying to see what's possible with a spark-ignited Cummins build.
I machine ceramic before it gets baked and hardened for a living. Now that would be a cool piston. Stuff is surprisingly very hard and durable once heat hardened . Can take any amount of heat thrown at it.
