I’m not saying they’re hard to cancel, but I had to hire a private investigator and turn up at the CEOs house, made him dinner, took him on holiday, married him, brought up his children, paid for them to go through university, and then after 20 years of marriage finally managed to convince him that it was okay to cancel my subscription. Even then he tried to get me to keep paying for my subscription in the divorce proceedings he started immediately after.

@Josh_Austin the beemer is a far better starting point. N54 can be made to have very decent power.for not that much money.

Fix the S3 too! it's had such a journey, through all it's trials and tribulations it could be amazingly fast and a very dignified machine if restored and repaired!
I think Edwin was almost happy yo need to part ways with it due to how frustrating it was for him

Just an FYI for the boys, the racing slick they have for the BMW is much different than an actual drag slick. Racing slicks have a stiff sidewall, drag slicks are soft so they can wrinkle and grab the track.
That being said, rebuild the S3!
Absolutely correct.
But, the increased contact patch of the slick (no tread pattern) and aggressive compound (once warmed up) of those Road Race slicks would still be a significant improvement in grip (on a prepped surface) over a typical full tread All Season tire.

Love the 335, even if it is a bit middle management. They're very fast and you can do magic with that N54. I've got a manual estate and it's proper grandad spec (beige interior and all) but when you put your foot down, you just fly. I'd be interested to see the difference between an auto and a manual

It’s the Audi that deserves the restoration. It was an absolute fighter, and will be so much rarer than a 3-series coupe. The 335 is also perfect how it is.
That was an extremely close finish, I would've loved to see the Audi actually get properly fixed and see it run again because it would have been an amazing sight.

Honestly, I think it's the S3 that deserves the full upgrade / mods. Although Im not an Audi guy, it's more interesting than just another Beamer and after all Edwin & the guys did, we're far more invested in that car than the boring BMW.
That S3 deserves a third, fourth and fifth life. It doesnt deserve to end like this.
