You killed me Paul.Out of breath,sweaty and purple.I had to modify some of it by putting one hand on a counter so I didn't fall over.But I feel like I accomplished something.Day#3 for my exercising with you. 😀
I used my rebounder for this and added some jogging. I am sweating because this is the second workout I've done tonight. Both were yours and I loved it.

You can do cardio every day. It's strength training that you need to do every other day.
