Thanks so much. I don;t really get into weight loss in the since of looking thin, but nutrition is a whole different animal because what works for one person may not for another. Our genes, etc play role. However, I will touch the subjects on a lighter side.

I just bought my husband the right size bands for him. His doctor wants him to start strength training now.
I’ve started doing them three times a week, alternating with seated Tabata, my absolute favorite exercise!
