  • Here is what we have done the past two days:(some not shown in video)
    9/1:
    -Medball warm up, Remedial discus, sprint development drills @1:27 then the sprint workout @1:50 . Lift afterwards... Later that day go to pole vault @3:59
    9/2: warm up, alternative sprint development drills, JUMP CIRCUIT @4:31, Tempo on bike, Weight circuits and hurdle mobility.
    It feels great to be getting so much quality work done this early in the season.
