Hi Elias, For Shredded Coconut I have used 4 cups of 240ml, whereas Jaggery and Wheat I have used exactly 1/2kg as I have not scrapped jaggery as weight in the cup will be different.

Hi, Elias you can use 1/4tsp ginger powder if you want and it's better to bake small bols but its upto you how you want , don't make it too big as they will be underbake.

I just put the sugar and there was a sound. Now should I keep it in the fridge as 24 hours are over. And sure I can use it for making balls as till now the froth is not seen on top..
