Hey Dave, now that's a knife, nice to see a fresh video. Please allow me to narrate for you. Did you notice Dave used green wood for over the fire and to skewer the meat and onions? There is a reason for it, green wood has less of a chance of catching on fire. Why did Dave spread the hot coals out? So the meat cooked evenly. Why did he eat the larger skewer of meat? He thought Brooke might show up, lol. Why didn't Dave talk during the video? Well, sometimes there is a time to talk and other times, peace and quiet is the order of the day.....How did I do Dave? LOL
Love these types of videos....when you camp and cook over that fire!!!! Everytime I see Brooke doing them...it inspires me to go out on my land and camp with fire and food! My land is up on 1600 acres of wildlife reserve and views rock! Love the bushcraft skills and that wild sparkle in your eyes!!! Thanks for the channel! Totally lovin' it!!!!

OK, a lot of water has passed Brook's cabin since this video was made, but this type of good fire cookin' and eat'n never gets old, nor a good hike in the woods! Enjoying nature is as old as we have been on this earth, and will likely continue till the end of time, at least for those not married to city life. Thanks Lonnie. That set up for kebobs worked pretty good...but it was new to me ....I just did what seemed like it would work . Ive never made Kebobs before or cooked them that way.
