So I was having issues with my fluke display this day also - kept giving me an RF error and wouldn't connect to the main unit. Further troubleshooting and we are certain it was the amp emitting RF, which would also explain the signal light being on. Fluke worked fine on the next amp we've hooked up.
Probably best bang for buck amps currently. Its rated like it should be, average efficiency and basic build. No frills just cheap power. I dont know why your channel hasnt blown up yet, No BS straight to the point. Thanks for sharing.
You see the amp dyno on the SMD 3K? Didn't hit its rating at 4 and 2 OHM certified and Steve is doing damage control like crazy in comments. Meanwhile, this cheap little muggle is doing rated at every ohm load and hit monster dynamic numbers. Just had to have a chuckle.
@@anthonyfejeran1891 Oh and the SLAPZ actually hit over 80% efficient at 4OHM while the SMD can't hit that, even though the spec says greater than 86% efficient at 4 OHM.
No!! You absolutely do not need four times the power!! wtf!!?? You were listening to dudes that have their zero gauge patched together through the whole run. It’s the full bridge eightk and five K

@@Facekicker what do ya think it's an internal grounding issue or maybe lower quality chip on the board?
@BDauto86 lack of RF filtering is most likely
