If your rent is a day late I'm on your doorstep. A week and you're out. Thankfully, I'm very fortunate to have incredible tenants. In eleven years I've had ONE tenant pay rent late ONE time (three days late). I require two years of pay stubs/banking info, criminal background check etc. My least expensive property requires $9600 up front, which I believe also keeps me from getting people who are going to skip out on rent. Watching these shows makes me realize how lucky I am.

Sorry, but if women want to be landlords, they need to remove the heart from the business dealings. These types of bad tenants will always take advantage of mostly women landlords with their pity stories. Just look at him bringing his child in hand to talk harshly to the landlord who had given him a break for five years of not paying rent! Never allow any tenant to do any type of work on your property. Those kids need to find work and stop confiscating other people's property. Probably unruly and their own parents threw them out to the elements. They way these people leave the properties in such a horrid mess and destruction is the way their lives will continue to be; they keep taking advantage of others, Karma will deal with them just as harshly. Just disgusting.

Yes, if you occupy, damage or otherwise use what doesn’t belong to you without permission or compensation to the owner, you are a criminal. When is the legal system going to start supporting the innocent landlords and stop giving consideration to these spoiled and entitled squatters.

I just watched a documentary talking about the govt that took over that basically killed all of Britain. All of the run down housing, shut down n run down hospitals, closed n run down schools, closed n run down parks and so on. They cut money in all areas and now it seems everyone lives in squalor. I seen idk how many of these episodes. There was one where a woman that is supposedly working a great paying high socialite job n life. Yet she hadn't paid $20,000 of rent. When they evicted her and they went inside the ceilings were peeling. Walls looked as if they were being held up by black mold alone. I've not seen one place on this show thay wasn't covered in black mold. N they're all like this place is lovely... like what? Fk that. Why aren't the ppl doing anything about the state of Britain? Everything there other then the cars dri ing around looks like it's a post apocalypse town.

In this world you grow up get a job and buy your cloths, food, and housing. Then you either pay rent or your mortgage every month until it’s paid for . If you don’t then you live in the streets..

@@0389BA True, but the landlords must find a way to have it occupied till they get a new tenant, especially in these times. It's getting much worse in the UK and US as people are finding empty apartments and homes and taking over. These landlords need cameras so if squatters break in and move in, they have proof they have only been there some days and get them out faster hopefully.

@@Brooklynlife1000 I’m confused. If you went on vacation and came home to people living in your house, you would be fine with that? I know this situation is not about a house but it’s property that belongs to someone else. If the landlord came and said “Okay, time to go” and they left peacefully that’s one thing. Why should the landlord have to pay to get people off his property? He didn’t buy it for squatters to live in rent free and to destroy.
I don’t touch or take things that don’t belong to me and if that is a sad and rare thing then I’m sad and rare.
