Haha what crazy timing! I just bought the 34 inch version of this exact monitor because it was on sale for 749. Unfortunately, I decided to return it today for 2 reasons. The matte coating just had a weird visual look to it that I didn't care for, but more importantly the 800R curve was a bit too drastic for me at 34 inches. However, i bet it would be much more acceptable at 39 inches! I've been using an LG 34 inch monitor for a couple years but it's IPS and 1800R curve. The response times were incredible on that OLED though! I'll be waiting a bit longer for OLED, but I can't wait! I'll probably go a bit larger like yours. Hope you enjoy Froggy!
I currently have a 34 inch ultrwide IPS LG monitor also. I'm very happy with it and looking to upgrade to oled in a couple years when the tech is finally where I want it to be. If only LG could make a OLED 34-38" ultra wide monitor with a light curve 1600-1800r and fully gsync compatible with no visual issues, like smearing or distortion. The day that monitor drops I'll be there day one.
I felt the opposite tbh. 800R curve is just incredible for immersion, especially in single player or racing games. 1800R curve just feels like you’re missing half the experience of ultrawide

I just got mine, and up against my 42” LG C3, quality is almost the same. I’d even go as far as to say the C3 has a softer image. Like, yeah, if I really glue my eye to the screen I might notice it’s 1440p, but really, the visuals are fantastic. Sad that so many would not even try this beautiful beast of a monitor because they think it’s low res.

@@jimtepedino9295 Why not? I'm not planning to buy this particular model, but VRR flicker is supposed to be there on all OLEDs. I have now read that VRR OLED flicker can be reduced / eliminated by changing the VRR range from 48-240Hz to 82-240Hz. That sounds promising.

Plus I can't tell I only have 1 kidney left so that's a cherry on top.
Hell yeah brother LOL 😆 😂 🤣. I love this monitor
Andrew, I don't disagree with what you are doing but I will say I always tell people never to take the update as soon as it comes out. Look at what happened with x/z 679/790 motherboards. Think ahead❤👍
I have the 34 inch I think thats sweet spot for this monitor for pixel den
I bet it looks awesome from what I can tell my pixel density is identical to my 32 inch monitor
it would look so much better with higher ppi.. minimum 1600
@RS-Bogdan can't argue that. It looks good enough for me though.
Definitely want this monitor il sub ya
@StephenCarson150 it's awesome my friend I love it
The only thing I don't like about this screen is the hdr... Only 400 nits. For the price
Im happy u like the curve, wasnt for me sadly but you either like the curve or not
I know this monitor is beautiful but man AMD image quality is very superior ❤️
FohMo Froggy!
By the way the volume is still really loud and clear, I can always hear you. Fix your audio.
LOL 😆 🤣 😂
Never buy a matte coating, ALWAYS go Glossy for OLED
true but I have a bright ass room and glossy does not with bright sources of light. so matte is the way to go for some
Check hellblade 2 asps
UW is 🔥
OK
1440p curved. Gameing at its best 🎉🎉🎉
Gameing lol.
Get yourself a gaming mouse. I have the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed. its very comfortable.
I will eventually
I have the Corsair myself. I have big hands and I struggle to find a mouse that comfortable and this one is. Also has a bit of weight to it to which I like. Makes it feel more premium.
@@Kai_7901 agree just needed something wider with some weight too. frog is using the portable small mouse lol tiny as hell becuz i have that exact one
To be more pacific it's the Corsair Iron claw.
Ok know you got my attention.
It's incredible
Thats what i always tell Nvidia fans.
Who needs to sell the car to buy a 4090 when u can have a not expensive nice AMD grafics card, and invest in a good Oled Monitor.
If you have to sell a car to buy a GPU you have serious financial problems. I would stick to what you like instead of insulting ppl with more money.
@@Typhon888 HEL O HEL
holy shit......its beautiful! lol
Yea oled is incredible. Once you start using OLED for gaming, you wont be able to switch back to anything else! xDD
800r is an offense to eyesight. Hard pass.
No way could I do 800r. I have a 1600r ultra wide and that feels like the most I would do for curve to still feel natural
For ultrawide of this size, it actually feels more natural.
bad unfocus camera you got
Yeah I was just learning how to use it. My video quality is much better nowadays
Poor review
@vitalye1940 yeah sorry I am not a professional monitor review guy sadly
Man impressive ha ha, i just realised you did this all sitting down and with one hand sometimes. You should open a business setting peoples monitors up.
Cool monitor still on the bench about this one or the 45 incher.
