Havent had any complaints for wearage over time yet. We also play with them for about a year now and they still good. Make sure to clean your controller, then it wouldnt be a problem.

The only time I buy vinyl... its for my PS4, not the controller, if I want my controller to look cooler, I buy a silicone cover, or I buy a shell, usually I buy a shell, then buttons to go with them.

Two questions:
First, how do you eliminate that gap on the sides to make it truly seamless?
Second, when designing the parts that bend around, did you accommodate the curve in any way so that everything lines up, or were you able to just place your design flat into the cut template and everything naturally just bent the right way?
