Great review. I was able to get the Gulfman and I must say it really looks awesome. It's about $289 in the duty free shop in Japan.

@mygshock man you're so lucky to have one. there are so hard to find, and if you find one they are much more expensive than they used to be haha. if you ever need to sell the gulfman, im there :) or if you have some websites that you could direct me to find some cheaper ones, that would be fantastic. love your work, this is a rare video!

I Got the Mudman from Japan a couple weeks ago on ebay 4 about 258 wth shipping. Now I want either the gulfman or riseman! I cant pick but Awesome Video!

I have the MUDMAN model and i can garanty you that it may be a simple model but it is the most tough model you can get from Casio. They use MUDMAN in the military all over Europe. That is maybe becuase it works in any condition.

i have the riseman red eye and it works very well to this day although i did replace its capacitor aleady. btw, you sound like the guy from backroom casting lol

I live in Thailand and would love to have the atomic versions but guess what they dont sell them here ( as they wont work ) .
Every G shock here in either made here or cased here and I can say for sure they dont sell them here . But we do have some great versions but not these .

If you got this in Japan, why are the watches stamped with Thailand and like the riseman, the buckle was stamped with China. I'm about to order a riseman like yours but I would like the back to be stamped with Japan and the buckle too. I know that they may have factoties there but the quality control in Japan should be better. MY GW1000 I got here in CO was both stamped with Japan.
