I feel like I found my people on your threads. If you are listening to Olafur Arnalds just know that you are a really special individual and I’ve been looking for you for so long now ❤️
Ohhh you're welcome. That's exactly the same what I felt when I read the nice comments with all of the same deep feelings. Thank you so much for your lovely Soul. 😍❤🥰💫

This song brought me to absolute tears. There is something to be said when a piece of music can make you reflect on so much at one time, especially when a person is going through so much. This masterpiece is a reminder to look to the heavens and see the bright side of life in spite of the darkness life may bring. Better days are sure to come and this song served as a form of reassurance.
Omg such a beautiful piece makes you think of meeting Jesus in heaven after all the struggles of this life seeing your loved ones that made it. No more tears just pure peace
For the first time in my life, I feel like I'm listening to a soundtrack of my life. Melancholic but hopeful. Everything what I've went through replay in my mind, and how far I've arrived. This song takes me too places. Places that my mind never knew it existed.
I feel the same way. I’ve loved Olafurs music for quite some time now and he has helped me so much and gives me peace when I need it. I feel cleansed after listening to his music. I can’t even explain his music and my emotions adequately enough. He’s really special isn’t he 🥺💕
Generally I listen to electronic genre, but some others are in rotation as well. I got down to neo-classical music 2 or 3 years ago and use to listen it to let it all out. Olafur was in my sight even before that because of Kiasmos. But this winter everything’s changed. My grandmother passed in December due to Covid. The kindest human being I ever knew. After few weeks I could barely listen to any piece of music, that usually sounds in my speakers/buds, besides these neoclassical compositions. ‘Spiral’ has became an anthem that starts and ends each day. It contains all the emotions I have to face: the violin part stands for pain and mourn, irretrievable feel of loss and the piano part covers that with a hope that now she’s at better place and brings the best memories from carefree childhood I had thanks to her. Take care of yourselves and your beloved ones and stay safe.
Only Icelanders can compose such a deep, atmospheric, melancholic, sumptuous and touching music. I have always said to myself that it must come from the atmosphere of the Icelandic landscape. This music touches your soul and it is impossible to remain indifferent to it...
True! Olafur, Sigur Ros, Bjork, for such a small country with a small population they produce so many amazing artists who truly tap into the mysteries of music that set them above many others. Iceland always had a very mystical almost ancient vibe whenever I see or think of the land.
The first song I listened to was only the winds . And here I am felling in love with more and more of Olafur's songs . Thank you so much for blessing our ears and souls .
The chord at 1:07 - 1:08 is so beautiful. This chord is so underrated and you're one of the first artists where I heard this chord. This makes me so emotional....
I love how you can see the whole setup and yet it’s so beautiful and atmospheric to look at. I was already a big fan before this album, and your concert in 2018 was one I felt so much. Out of the four concerts we had tickets for in 2020 I was most sorry I couldn’t get to see you. But the livestream with this album release was a beautiful experience and was one of the highlights of the year for me. I am consoled by the idea that I still have a ticket for your concert and I will see you live sometime in the future. Your music is so soothing and emotive, it is an amazing support in these hard times. Thank you so much.
You have been my favourite musician ever since Eulogy For Evolution came out. All your music is amazing...but this one is just beyond everything...truly out of this world😭 Thank you! ❤️
Every time I listen to your songs you have this ability to transport me to another dimension far away from this planet, when only symphony and melody fill my soul, and i feel so lucky to live in this century to really aprecciate your beautiful work, Greetings from Brasil Olafúr🙏🏻
This piece of music (and the whole album actually) is wonderful and otherworldly. However, it can be also toxic for those who are sunk in a depressive mood. Go for it if you feel contemplative or introspective, but not if you feel sad or hopeless.
I feel like I found my people on your threads. If you are listening to Olafur Arnalds just know that you are a really special individual and I’ve been looking for you for so long now ❤️
All the Love for You!! ❤️
Bravo🌸🥰

There is no one looking for us.
with music like this, being sad is a lot more emotional than I can handle.

Better days are sure to come. I promise you. Just take a deep breath. Hold on. Everything's going to be OK.
this song makes me cry too
There’s always such emotion behind your music. It’s engrossing and has helped me through so much. Beautiful.
You say you're my worst nightmare.
I say you're very ambitious today.
This music cheers me up!
From the planet that you come, you are a blessing and a gift, all of you.

A huge debt of gratitude to Dum Dum Radio, Paestum, Italy.
I feel like I can finally grieve and feel when I hear your music. Thank you for creating space.

I have listened to this song every single day since I’ve heard it. This is the last piece of music I want to hear before I leave earth
I felt like crying a sea of happy tears when this song entered my ears.. Pure pleasure.
you are the master at building up touching, beautiful, swelling climaxes.

This song really grounded, and calmed me when i dealt with a bad breakup. Such an amazing song ❤
Ólafur's music breaks me down into the finest, most elementary pieces in the best beautiful way possible.
So pure..
I'm in love with your music ❤

Thank you, Ólafur. I don't even know what else to say. 🙏
Incredible atmosphere
Both pieces need to be combined and lengthened to at least 30 minutes , it's that good
Every time I hear this I can’t help but hear The Other Promise from Kingdom Hearts 2
This was released on my birthday, brilliant as always. Olafar, thanks
You have been my favourite musician ever since Eulogy For Evolution came out. All your music is amazing...but this one is just beyond everything...truly out of this world😭 Thank you! ❤️
This is very nice!
No lyrics but still feel everything

gosh how i love this song.
Words cant describe the beauty of this song....only emotion can...love you Olafur, thank you for your beautifull art ❤️
I love how every instrument has its own emotion behind it. This song is beautiful
Agreed! The middle piece with the deeper and somber sound of the viola just does it for me. It's silky smooth and gives me goosebumps.
this absolutely fits as the first piece as the sun rises
amazing
You really stand out when you perform. Such passion and talent throughout.
I got totally overwhelmed by emotion for four minutes! It really was such a beautiful piece!
A la merveille

Wonderful
It touched to my heart and I hope one day I'll touch to yours
