(I got them a bit thick so need to squash them down a bit more). Even so they are great!. I will be making them again. Thank you so much. I’ve been missing the crunch of chips.

Redmond makes a powdered popcorn salt, just FYI. I use it on home-fried pork rinds done in the air fryer. Also make my own ranch seasoning with no bad additives like maltodextrin, and pure apple cider vinegar powder, also with no additives. All of those would work great on these. I finally made these chips. They are everything Chris and Ash claim. Amazing and I didn’t think the cottage cheese chip could get better, I should have known better. For some reason my parchment got damp in the oven from condensation , consequently it took longer to dry in the dehydrator, about 3.5 hours. But over all fairly easy recipe, especially since you are making a large batch. I don’t have a lot of upper arm strength, so once I pressed the chips flat with the bottom of a baking sheet, I took a rolling pin over them a couple times, because I wanted thin and crispy chips. That is exactly what I got. Next up are tortilla chips and the butter crackers. Thank you so so much for all your amazing recipes and experimentations.
Made these yesterday and they were fantastic! I love your recipes and I think this is your best yet. It was very easy…just wish i didn’t have to use so much parchment paper but it was worth it. Thanks for all you do!

Chris, you're a hero. Seriously. Thank you. When I made the keto microwave style, I mixed the seasoning into the 'chip' batter itself. It uses MUCH less than coating and you can dial it in perfectly. I cannot wait to try this.

Thank you for this recipe! I have all the ingredients, food processor and Excalibur dehydrator. I realized in the last 2 years, at the age of 72, that I love ALL things crispy, crunchy and salty. Eating pork rinds (gets old), carrots or radishes just doesn’t cut it when I’m eating the softer textured sandwich. I have settled on making croutons or strips of keto bread semi-smothered with seasoned butter I used for our seafood fest and that has given me the crunch fix I crave. I will definitely be making this recipe and thank you for sharing your genius with us!
You knocked it out of the park. I just made a batch of these and seasoned them differently ( barbecue, ranch, jalapeño cheese). I used Pork King Good for two of the seasonings. I made these. Soft baked then freeze dried. They are delicious. I am going to make more this week and try different flavors in the batter. Since they are freeze dried I can store in glass jars and vacuum seal. Thank you Chris!!
You are indeed the king of carnivore creation! I just started this journey and have a question about how to tenderize and cook different cuts of red meat. Got hamburgers down but never cooked my own steaks or roasts. Help! Need technics and tenderizing because of dentures.
Hey there! A couple of things would help. Cooking sous vide would be great for you to tenderize steaks. Dry bringing will also help. After my oven.. or me.. burned the first batch I went to the microwave ..and it worked very well. Piped them onto parchment with 5 to a paper plate and zapped for around 1 minute.. had to monitor closely.. but they are perfect! It did take a while, but I think worth it! Parchment on top and bottom and since I had the round air fryer papers it worked well. Thanks Chris!
Genius Chris...absolute genius! Especially since recently HiLo left the chip market. The only commercial non-pork rind ones I liked. And they were soooo expensive!
@ChrisCookingNashville great!! I saw some say it is one of their favourite carnivore snacks dipped in some high fat type mayo based mix with tuna flakes. I tried it and it was delish but hard to find affordable pork rinds without weird stuff in it.

Yeah sadly recipes can’t be protected. That’s why they’re heavily guarded trade secrets for large corporations. Starting a company myself would be a massive financial investment and risk and not worth losing everything over.

I made these. Soft baked then freeze dried. They are delicious. I am going to make more this week and try different flavors in the batter. Since they are freeze dried I can store in glass jars and vacuum seal. Thank you Chris!!

You are indeed the king of carnivore creation! I just started this journey and have a question about how to tenderize and cook different cuts of red meat. Got hamburgers down but never cooked my own steaks or roasts. Help! Need technics and tenderizing because of dentures.
Hey there! A couple of things would help. Cooking sous vide would be great for you to tenderize steaks.

After my oven.. or me.. burned the first batch I went to the microwave ..and it worked very well. Piped them onto parchment with 5 to a paper plate and zapped for around 1 minute.. had to monitor closely.. but they are perfect! It did take a while, but I think worth it! Parchment on top and bottom and since I had the round air fryer papers it worked well. Thanks Chris!

@ChrisCookingNashville great!! I saw some say it is one of their favourite carnivore snacks dipped in some high fat type mayo based mix with tuna flakes. I tried it and it was delish but hard to find affordable pork rinds without weird stuff in it.
