imagine being in a place in life where you can actually afford the things we all watch and dream about. man these things get so nice at the higher end.
I like it a lot but the bedrooms need TVs. I love the second fireplace in the master bedroom though. But a pop up tv at the foot of the bed would be nice. And a tv in each of the other two bedrooms. And that kitchen is awesome!! There is more countertop space in that kitchen than there is in my actual house kitchen!! I wouldn’t mind living in that RV full time, year round!
I could live in that. I agree about this bar being better than wasting space on a booth. I’m of two minds about the backsplash. On the one hand, real subway tile would be great. On the other hand, it’s easy to swap out wallpaper if you don’t like the design.
Well, that's just about the most amazing and exactly what we had tried finding a few years ago, only in a travel size!! I would live in that full time with my kids no doubt.
Great video. They almost made it perfect. If they rework the main bath and fit a duel vanity, a tile kitchen backsplash, move the main bedroom fireplace to the front facing the bed with a televator and hide the controls they would have best coach on the market!!!
They should also get rid of the loft above the bedroom, extend the bedroom out in order to be able to add a full bathroom inside the bedroom, thereby doing away with the half bath in the kitchen and turning that into a pantry or laundry room. Also, KEEP the loft above the full bathroom and extend the full bathroom and turn it into a second bedroom and second full bathroom! Furthermore, throw in a dishwasher in the kitchen!! I ought to charge Grand Lodge for posting this comment!!
We went to Arvada show and I have to say they are cheaply made with outrageous prices, I would never ever but one brand new ever. We would have to repair so much before we even go out on the road.
It's really a nice little home. There's a real couch which can sit more than two people. There's a lot of room and plenty of light. So thanks for sharing and have a really nice day.
Wow! Now, this is an RV I could live in. I had decided there was no lot affordable on the lake I wanted. There are tons of RV parks, but there are no lots to build a small house. Now, I am excited about my retirement.
We are full timers while we are building a business and home. The fact that the bathroom is on the opposite side is just a deal breaker. Why isnt there a door into the small half bath from the master bedroom? Isnt it right next to the master bedroom? The master bedroom fireplace location is just ridiculous. So I like a lot of things about this rv. The outside jacks, placement of the tank valves, the heater, the couch, the nice stove and fridge are all wonderful. The inside needs to be rethought.
Yes, need a master bath w/tub! I am in pain a lot because of all the rear-end collisions I’ve been in and I need a large tub for the relief. Is there a way to have multiple sliding doors with decks for relaxing outside as I’ve seen on toy haulers? Back deck or front deck either or both?
I’ve seen rv’s put in the sliding door/deck in front of the island. It wouldn’t affect any of the space and any dishes/plates used to eat outside could be brought in and conveniently placed in the sink!
This is definitely on the top of the destination list if we go that route. Im just happy there is a second toilet that makes things easier getting resdy for work and school in the am. Definitely needs a duel sink in the vanity, and personally i like the drawers in the island for pet bowels. I dont mind the fireplace in the bedroom cause i get cold easily and hubby gets hot this way one gets a fan other gets the extra warmth 😅. I love the wardrobe storage and the fact there is a mini dresser in the queen loft plus room in the first to add a lightweight dresser if needed there as well. Still missing a spot for bookshelves though 😔 but again thats a niche thing.
Thanks again as always for doing an excellent job Andrew! Im willing to bet that these units will sell very well. I personally didnt see anything that would make me not purchase this unit. Everyone has personal preferences on placement of bathrooms, bedrooms, fireplaces, etc. Im sure everything was thought out very well to keep costs in line. Ive seen a lot of junk over the years. Some that were half hearted and cheep. Its refreshing to see that the manufacturer does actually care!!! Thank you again to everyone involved in making this unit happen. ❤
I love the subway tile idea. Do I have to say the kitchen is gorgeous and someone is going to be very happy cooking there. I haven't gone through the whole video yet but already I'm pretty amazed by this and the video came out a little blurry at least on my end but the beauty still shown through. I'm glad you sat on the couch and it looks like either it opens up or you have that ottoman so you can really stretch out play some gaming or reading or whatever.
Second time I seen this model.... I love it. The only thing I would change is the fireplace position in the master bedroom and use a different toilet system for the smell (maybe a compost system) other than that, its beautiful. I would live in it, year round.
Good video. We’re not interested in a destination model, but I still enjoyed seeing this. I don’t like bathrooms in the kitchen, but I see the logic for this one.
@@Camper-Kingdom Something towable with a bunkhouse for four. We have a son who plays travel ball. Right now we are saving,so I’m just getting ideas for when we have the budget.
It's stupid to have to get out of bed to change the positioning. The water heater control would be fine as is since you'd be using it for the kitchen. The spiral stair case is nice As a full time RVer, I'd like to see a dishwasher. Even a dishwasher drawer would be great. I'd like to have the couch caving the tv be a recliner sofa, the other sofa could be the sofa bed. Tv in the bedroom would be nice. Again from the perspective from a full timer.
So for the length of this unit as a permanent location unit, i would want additional jacks on that 44 feet. I also don't like seeing that front wall already dented and its brand new. Would make me concerned for the rest of the build quality.
I love this. I seen the 42 view. I wish the floor was different colors. I am looking at buying one. My kids are grown now and I need something different. I don't see the point in paying for rent or a mortgage anymore.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE THIS BEAUTIFUL RV!.. there are several changes I would make but what I’m not going to do is criticize the design but I would like to suggest several changes not insulting what has been changed already!.. again I love it!.. but a couple of small changes and it will b the MOST AWESOME CAMPER ON WHEELS!
It’s terrible placement I’d rather not have the half bath if it was going to be there and have storage instead. It either needs to be in the master or accessible directly from the outside to be functional
It's a little odd to have the bathroom there but if someone's in the kitchen cooking and you need to wash your hands it's perfect too. And it's great if you're sitting on the couch watching a movie then it's not like someone's cooking in the kitchen. Two bathrooms are always a luxury to me.
Love the model, I could do without the loft and have vaulted ceilings for the master and have the master bath in the room itself. Also a telavator in the master and place the fireplace elsewhere.
Thanks for the awesome video! As gorgeous as the RV is (the sofa and kitchen are superb), I do not really get it... The master bedroom up front and the bathroom at the other side, so that you have to walk across all the nice windows (and back) for taking a shower / having showered and wanting to dress up?
Hi Andrew, And thank you for this brand new Grand Lodge 44 it is big very big and very nice only they have to change there name in the Grand Aquarium Lodge 🤣😉 that are a lot of windows nice those curtains question is it also possible to put the stoof in the island and the sink on the other side? I love that half bath but the bathroom in the back is great with a nice loft on top Thanks again Andrew a super show
I watch these Videos wishing I could afford something like this. I cannot afford to buy a Tiny house. But I keep wishing AND PRAYING I COULD. YOU PEOPLE THAT CAN AFFORD THIS IS VERY LUCKY. I ENVY ANYONE WHO CAN AFFORD THIS. OH WELL.
That's cool Andrew that you're in South Carolina. Be safe when you leave to go back home! Thank you again for your service in the Army.! Loved the 42 view. Would rather a front kitchen then add the master in front of the full bath, put the bed up in the loft then make the “master” a walk in closet with the stair access just outside while also eliminating the front loft. Basically shifting the living and kitchen forward. I don’t need a second bathroom for just my lady and myself. The 44view is great for those who need the extra bathroom.
Thank you for the excellent video. Forest River is hit or miss with quality. I love the floorplan of this, I think it would be nice to offer to master suites per se. A lot of retirees don’t necessarily need two lofts… forest river has some of the best designs and floorplans right now like the roost 43. I just question their long-term durability based on my experiences, and the RV community
Love the larger bed switch at the other end! Love everything on this and it’s okay that they added the half bath but I still can’t understand why not move or get rid of the bedroom fireplace!?? That does not seem safe at all!
The 1/2 bath needs to either be an en suite to the master, losing the fireplace in the bedroom, or get rid of it altogether and make it a true pantry. Also, the amount of closet space in the master is horrible. Almost forgot, I'd want a full height, 18" wide dishwasher. Otherwise it's pretty great.
I would love to see a small added unit that would be used for storage of dry goods, clothing and possibly a small freezer for full timers. Just park it beside the unit, kinda like a shed at a house. You could configure as needed without plumbing, but small enough to be pulled by a car or suv.
A bumper pull that long and light….what a nightmare this would be to drive in cross wind. That is a lot of interior space for one furnace. Will take my 46’ fifth wheel any day.

Dude, I had to pause the video to tell you how well you presented this. Great job! I will learn a lot from you I can tell. Following.
Just where ya want your TV at right in front of window that blinds ya!!! Mindless designs never cease to amaze me..

Hello Judith! Always a please to see you in the comments!
I am a elderly person who does not like loofts, the stairs would be dangerous for me.

I'm just so jealous this isn't the culture in the UK, between RVs and Tiny Homes, I'm swapping channels back and fore to binge watch!.
It's really a nice little home. There's a real couch which can sit more than two people. There's a lot of room and plenty of light. So thanks for sharing and have a really nice day.
Ty Connie!!
The queen set up in both lofts would be dope.
It's the only one I really like! I was surprised when they showed the back bdrm! I wasn't expecting it at all!!
Love it I would buy it even if I couldn't drive it. & that's not me to get a pulling. This is amazing ❤. Love where the wash&dryer is located
Glad you liked it!
I ❤❤❤ this coach. I would use the single loft for storage. Im buying property & this is a consideration.
Wow! Now, this is an RV I could live in. I had decided there was no lot affordable on the lake I wanted. There are tons of RV parks, but there are no lots to build a small house. Now, I am excited about my retirement.
97 grand, that is amazing. I love this
While I hate a bathroom off the kitchen I dislike the spiral staircase more
It’s starting to grow on me.
Okay thank you very much and that's a great deal
Very nice unit. Thank you for the informative video.
Yes ,I agree about the backsplash
What a beautiful model wow we i could live in it with me and my cats kinda scared of the stairs but its beautiful thank you for showing us
I love this! ❤
Stairs are beautiful, lofts are spacious, everything is perfect.
Thanks for showing the 44 view. Something to dream about when the time comes. Keep the videos coming.
You bet. Happy Thanksgiving
This is the best so far andrew..Thanks
Do away spiral stairs and storage above convert to a full bath. Move fireplace. Other then that beautiful. Signed Big Phil.

I totally agree with what he said 😊
Ty!
Yes white subway tile kitchen and master bath around sink. Yes in master move fireplace to end of bed and tv pop up!!!!

The upper bedrooms to get headroom or standing height while parked.
Sooner or later Rv manufacturers were going to get into tiny home business, exciting news

Absolutely beautiful…love it…except for the half bath in the kitchen….not a fan of that at all.
This is Beautiful. I wouldn't change anything
Beautiful
I want a window over the stove!
We have very different definitions of a room. There are multiple places for people to sleep with mattresses. There are not three bedrooms.
How thick is the walls? The summers are BRUTAL in RVs.
Looks very nice. My question is with the lofts, how is air conditioning provided to the bedroom and full bath? Thanks
I remember in 2007 when A 3-4 bedroom house on 1 acre cost this much. Insane what the feds and inflation has done to middle class and America. Insane.
I’m interested in seeing how hot the RV will be during summer .. the master bedroom should be net to Master bedroom.. the second bedroom should have a smaller bathroom with washing n dryer outside of it not in main bedroom
Very nice!
I really wish they would put master bedroom in back of unit so you don't hear road noise
Also they could put storage in the staircase
wow the word i say only
😳
A real back splash would make all the difference ,sad they would skimp in one of the most important spaces of any house or rv , the coach is spectacular though
Agree with kitchen back splash. Wall paper there is cheap n cheesy.
I think it’s very nice but needs a few changes. The backsplash should be real stone and the fireplace in the master has to be at the foot of the bed with a tv above it. It looks so weird on the side of the bed.
I also liked the 75,000 price on a different video! Otherwise, my love is going to a like with his price.
Curious who’s got it for $75K. Our price is $81
Make sink in half bath smaller so have room to get in an sit down.
