This is awesome rv my 2 grown sons could share as they all ready share a high rent apartment. But could do without the upstairs areas on both sides, or fix it for storage areas. Also if each bedroom had a desk area to set up computers, like where the TV goes, maybe remove the cupboard under the shelf, so a person can put a office chair there to work on computer. 👍👍👍
My knees started hurting in sympathy, just watching you crawl around in those lofts. I’d say those are kids only. I was just thinking they need curtains just when you said it.
I had to fast forward when he was in the first loft, I wouldn’t even be able to get up there to clean or prepare for my grand kids because I got claustrophobic just watching a normal size man in there!
@ That’s a good point. You would need to get up there to clean. I’m currently going to physical therapy for a broken knee. At least half the patients are there because of bad knees. Those lofts are cool and fun for kids, but not doable for many of us.
Personally, I think this is fantastic!! The price is great for everything you get & I like the layout & the 2 bedrooms. For me, I would get rid of the dinette & make that whole area a cushy seating area, perhaps with a nice sectional. I'm not a fan of the usual blah window coverings so I'd hang beautiful curtains along all the windows & put in bamboo blinds instead of the black ones that are there now... I'd remove the tv from the secret pantry space (NICE!!) & put it up on that corner spot where you said a fishtank would be cool. Put the tv on some sort of swivel thing so it can lie flat against the pantry wall but then it can be swiveled out for viewing. It's high enough up there that everyone from the sectional can see it & nothing gets in the way. The only thing is the lovely curved banister on the stairs would have to be dropped a little at the top. That could be easily done & it would still maintain aesthetics. I'm a big fan of wrought iron so I love the staircases & the accents. I don't see anything wrong with one bedroom having just a half bath. Would it have been better if both had a full bath? Yes but it's not bad. The loft spaces are great, also but definitely a smidge on the tight side as far as ceiling level. I think it's a perfect area for kids or pets, though. 😁
And half of them will be stuck in an upstairs crawl space, bumping their heads. I'd use one of those lifts for extra storage. I don't want that many people sleeping over.
@@jaekastpropertiesllc4886 My only living in-law is my BIL, who is a retired cop, has the funniest stories to tell. His girlfriend is a bit of a starched collar, but his side piece could do stand up comedy. That's not the problem. I don't like those loft space with low clearance. They are good for storage space, not much else. We had an over cab sleeping space in our old camper. You'd need to sleep with a crash helmet on to not injure your head. I would prefer a bigger living room, that could accommodate people for sleeping. This model is very anemic for common area, and impractical for sleeping space. How many people do you want to bring with you any how? I like quiet and enjoying nature, not cooking for a mob, and packing people in like sardines. In fact. I don't even want to my camper set up anywhere near this thing. It'll either be a party every weekend or a family with lots of kids.
I like the concept, but the living area, with the ability to sleep 10 people, is way too small, as is the kitchen work space. I like that manufacturers are thinking outside the box.
Nice set up. Use one of the bedrooms take out that back bedroom use it for like a office space or a desk or something in there. Bed out put a desk right against that sliding window the kitchen that island needs to be more centered. It’s over to the left side of your Watching TV and shelf up the fireplace or it be distracting that looks at that cabinet that island needs to be moved to the right or the refrigerator a little more.
Hi Andrew, Again a beautiful RV and its hugh sleep up to 9 persons let say four adults and 5 kids with a lot of storage every where great with a half bath and one big bathroom the only down size is the siyting area it not fit 9 persons so skip the settee and put a big table in the slideout so everybody can sit Thanks Andrew a great show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The couch is too small to live in on a full time basis, and both bathrooms should be fulls not a half bath, and finally I think that the island counter space is also too small.
Andrew, I might have misunderstood you, but if you said that you and a friend were having trouble with the WiFi, I saw on another video that the LED lighting was the problem.
What guarantees do I have if craftmanship starts to come apart! I would like to see all the areas with TVs turned on to Wi-Fi to observe how this really operates, and to see the sliders tucked in going down the road. Can I install Solar on top of the Camper? How long do the battery's stay charged? I'm looking to see if this camper is prone to wobbling while going down the freeway up or down a hill, for example will pulling this Camper all the way to Big Bend from Houston going to be realistic with this type of camper. The entrance with sliding doors needs better protection from thieves, like some sort of metal sliding doors covering the glass sliding doors for protection similar to Van doors that close on the sides of vehicle. Also, I would prefer to see that all the windows have visors that totally black out the light on all the windows when camping. Great video and yes, I do love the design but taking it down the road is the real test along with seeing how it all operates with everything turned on so I can see what I need to do. Thank You for the video!
The one thing as a woman, you do not have enough kitchen cabinets, we need as much as possible for the correct cooking utensils. I am full time in a north point . Been living in it for over a year, that is my only complaint storage also for your food.
Hi Andrew, Thanks for another nicely detailed video walk through. My wife and I love this floorplan. There is some discrepancy over whether the removable tongue is accurate info on this model? The sandpiper literature says yes, but it actually appears as a no? Thanks 🤙
I was thinking of those flat rolling things used by mechanics to move around the loft. We would probably use them more for storage. I do love the layout. What is the ceiling height in the living space and the bedrooms?
More of a general question..why don't slides have.."kickstands" !? ESPECIALLY for the ones people will live in yr round. No matter how well built they will stress and droop at some point. Especially if you have temp changes and or humidity. Those seals, and seams will give out.
Dont like having to put down the kitchen counter extension to get into the hidden pantry. Dont like the TV placement. Living area is way too small for the number of beds...in bad weather where is everyone going to get together?
This destination trailer camper, whatever you wanna call it I am very disappointed in that tiny little theater seat there. This thing is meant to hold 8 to possibly 10 people, but you only have one little itty-bitty theater couch come on man. Then let’s move onto that door that gets in the way of one of the seats on the itty-bitty couch. I wouldn’t waste my money on this.
In the bedroom that has the half bath, could you get rid of the queen size bed and put two theater seats in there, recliners electric? I sleep in a recliner that would be perfect. By the way anybody born in the 80s is not allowed especially when you were born in the 40s.
its really nice I like it alot but honestly I would like to see that with only one side with the loft and the other side more of a storage space. wish it had auto leveling jacks and not manual. I am looking for something to full time in but this is really nice its a shame that the tanks are small would need to keep additional tanks. Do you have anything that is like a class C for full timing in?. but I do like watching and seeing all of the different models that you show. thank you for always taking the time to do these.
Just the living room and kitchen so far. You might say there is virtually no storage considering what it could be. I’m not sure who would buy something like this that would be so great if it just has storage above the tip outs and it would have to have two more recliners dump the table. Who wants an RV that only two people can sit comfortably that sleeps eight? Nobody I don’t think!
Umm, I'm Canadian, so maybe duplex means something different up here?? But, here, a duplex is 2 complete (but separate) houses that are attached. I was totally expecting this trailer to have 2 kitchens. 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, etc...lol ❤ from 🇨🇦 😘
Love the whole concept, and all they fit in it! However, it may be too much crammed into a tiny place. Not much practical seating in the living area, small couch, bedroom door opens back to the couch, and really no counter space for a coach that large. As an RV it’s wonderful, as a live in space things would get way too crowded for more than two people. The kitchen just a no go for long time living.
I don't like the extra counter space on the bar. . It makes it look out of balance.. The double recliner needs to be individual recliners. The bed in the master needs to be a real king size bed. I do like that there's a tank less hot water heater, but not enough storage for clothes it you're going to live in it full-time. Overall it is nice and love that it's a move once and no carpet.
The living area seems very small especially if it sleeps 8. You don’t spend most of your day in a bedroom. The “pantry” wouldn’t be my choice either as it isn’t really that much space. I would rather have a larger island, more counters and regular cabinets. I’ve seen better layouts.
sorry, I just want to convey a little If you want to promote or want to increase your followers, try to record the outside all the way, then go to the inside. The audience will also be very satisfied with the results of your review and there will definitely be lots of viewers if all of this is implemented. I’m really kinda saddened by the loft area. Think if you put a real mattress up there…. Way less head room. The extra Matt is kinda too much. I agree about the curtains and can you I,amine listening to all televisions going on at once with nothing to block out the noise. Nope. I love lofts but this one really didn’t do it for me. Looks like a copy cat of some of the newer ones just done more poorly. I also do NOT like and place with only two chairs for seating space. Seems like it would be pretty cramped if you really had it to full capacity.
Definitely don’t like the very small area to actually sit down and relax, watch tv etc. Also not enough storage in the kitchen. 44 View much much better

The small oven is RIDICULOUS for this size RV. Why can't they put the biggest one available in there? Much less make the whole kitchen area inadequate. The view from the love seat is lame. They focused on ppl sleeping rather than the living areas. Lofts are useless spaces. Dangerous for little kids and cramped claustrophobic areas for adults. Should have put a pocket door on the hall bathroom. The whole thing feels cramped to me. And the front bedroom being hot is a deal breaker even tho the price is not too bad. Have to pass on this one.

Only one bathroom and shower with 4 bedrooms a little half bath at the back door. Insane!!!
And if it's supposed to be set in place having the camper type toilet is insane too
Finally one with two main bedrooms!
Great video Andrew!!! That is an AWESOME Park Model Home!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pictures and video doesn't do this home "justice"... it beautiful!!!!
Very nice RV, they made it nice I like more space for kitchen and more sitting for living room very beautiful though
Keep your house😂😂😂
I’d say the master bedroom is in the back. It gives them a private toilet and more closet/storage space.

“Sleeps 8” but living room built for 2. That’s a lot of people inside on a rainy day… hard pass.
And half of them will be stuck in an upstairs crawl space, bumping their heads. I'd use one of those lifts for extra storage. I don't want that many people sleeping over.
I notice that in a lot of these!
100% agreed. Ridiculous
2 of those 8 would be your in-laws too for good measure. 😅

Just run away a question. Could you put two recliners for the table and chair are? Also, could you put storage above all the tip outs?

Surely the company can come up with a better step system to go up into the Lofts that would not be so dangerous

Me encanta!😍
Missed the mark on a second shower in the RV for all that has to share one is harder. Location of the washer/dryer should been a second shower.
Why have room to sleep 8 people but only 2-3 spots to sit ? I think it also.would make sense to stage some of those bunk spaces for storage.
That way you can just live in a trailer park with it and don't have to worry about moving it at all
So I like it but not enough storage in bedrooms for your belongings
Also, there should be storage about the beds
Very cool 😎
If you're born in the 80s, you ain't o l d!!
Could this be used as a travel trailer? Also, instead of just a destination Rv?
It would be awfully heavy and costly to move.
Love the whole concept, and all they fit in it! However, it may be too much crammed into a tiny place. I feel like if we're gonna have a destination trailer have RV doors.
The place I'm going to park it has a washer and dryer in a shed, so I would rather have another shower to have 2 full bathrooms.
This would be better without the holding tanks as a destination trailer for placing for full time living and I would have real toilets installed .
I can't believe the price... Does anyone sell them in Western NY? 21:41
Tiny house if I am not mistaken is cheaper.
I don't like the extra counter space on the bar. . It makes it look out of balance.. The double recliner needs to be individual recliners. The bed in the master needs to be a real king size bed. To me curtains are tacky in an RV. It should just be blinds instead. It does need to have something for more privacy in the two lofts.
Not enough storage kitchen too small. Definitely not for older people. If you have 7 people what you going to with them when it’s raining?
Price????

I just skip over the outside if it's at the start. He used to do the outside first, but realised a lot of people weren't interested.
As a long term house I'd prefer no lofts and better cooling.
𝖢𝖺𝗇 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝗃𝗎𝗌𝗍 𝗍𝗈𝗈𝗄 𝗍𝗁𝗂𝗌 𝗎𝗉 𝗂𝗇 𝖺 trailer Park and then that way in it
YOU CAN'T PUT ANYTHING THAT CAN'T HANDLE THE HEAT IN THE CABINETS BEHIND THE FIREPLACE AND SO THAT IS WAISTED SPACE
They forgot to add adequate seating 🤦🏽♀️
Cost?
He showed you when he was standing by the refrigerator it was just under $70,000 it was on the sheet of paper on the wall
Dont like the living space kitchen and lounge area are crowded and the tv/ fireplace in the kitchen not good especially with tv on the kitchen pantry.
That's nice and all but that ain't no duplex. It's a two bedroom with two lofts.
Definitely do not care for the dining table.

Do away with loft, hate spiral stairs.
Sleeps 8 but only 2 can sit in the living room.
Very disappointed I was hoping it would be nice cause I’m looking for some like that to live in but that does not cut it at all!!!!!
TV does not appear to be on a televator.
It’s beautiful but it’s not a duplex. I’m so disappointed ☹️
I hate that the door is actually touching the living room chairs. What kind of crap is that?
No loft or a booth, thanks.
Definitely don’t like the very small area to actually sit down and relax, watch tv etc. Also not enough storage in the kitchen. 44 View much much better
How is this a duplex?
Don’t trust the both stairs for kids and the elderly

That TV is absolutely not on a televator. This guy doesn’t seem to know what he’s talking about
I hate the stairs. It would be great to repurpose one of the downstairs bedrooms as an office. I would use one of those lofts as an attic and a place for my dogs kennel. Stop listening to boomers. No, not a compatible idea of a layout, if there are more than 4.... Not for me!
Way too small no kitchen room no room in bedrooms lofts are the only place you may have room but you couldn’t make it own anywhere only one full bath what’s the purpose of two entrances if it so small I wouldn’t buy it and I live alone along with dogs but way to small for me esp for $90,000. nice but not for me.
Ok unfortunately I have a lot I don't like in this one. For starters I don't like the swivel on TV. Unnecessary. The flip down arm on the island is tacky looking. The small oven is RIDICULOUS for this size RV. Why can't they put the biggest one available in there? Much less make the whole kitchen area inadequate. The view from the love seat is lame. Makes no sense at all to me.
