Idk about cheapness, maybe in US or Germany, but looking at the price of Chinese ones (in China) they're about the same price as twice as large flat in russia. And they're imported from China, not made in russia, which means transport costs and margin will be added to the final price.

I love the open view through walls and glass ceiling and see it as a short term stay for living out of a suitcase, the addition of a bedroom would be a must as making a bed on the couch every night would get a little old after more than a few days. I see these as ideal for a village of them with trees and gardens as there are times when people need a short term stay for say 3 months as a great option instead of staying in hotels, say for conferences, or when a group from all over the world needs to gather and ponder new ways to move forward for the best of all humanity. These pods could basically be moved into position quickly. I see them as having great promise ahead...the addition of bedroom section is a must.

They are meant to be capsule homes. But if they came in different colours like greens or something else that would fit in with the environment and maybe had a bedroom module included, I think 🤔 they would be popular.
One day these tiny houses will be spacecrafts you can travel in and live in at the same time. You only need to find a plot of land to land on and move on whenever you like :)
Fantastic - I'll buy 2, one in light brown and one in gray. and the longer version. I would buy some land near a lake and rent them out probably get $350/night for 6 months or about $60,000 rent for the year. With a 6-year payback, I'd gladly pay $350,000 each (including finance charges) Heck, I'll take 4, a forest green and tan for the last 2. Very nice but hurry before there are cheap American knoff offs...
Its well thought out. But Russia could do these from wood. With beautiful detailing and windows etc. Or at least put wood on the exterior. With modern protective materials the wood could last... many decades... or longer. Would be far more in keeping with Russian traditions. And could be used to make nice dashas for weekend and holiday use. Russia and China can be great allies. But Russia doesn't need to buy these from China. Russia is twice the size of China, with a fraction of the population. Russia needs to be proud of RUSSIAN culture.
Very beautiful, looks very futuristic. I wish this tiny houses can be build much cheaper, i watching poor people in Russia and is scary many people dont even have heating in wintertime.
near a hill or lake. where it is more scenic. would be great. like a small rental cottage. This is where I think it would be good. not in a random flat ground.
USA here. Our mobile home industry makes lots of different products similar, except without all the glass. Some have their own engines and look like a bus, most are pulled with a pickup truck. Some of them are incredibly large and expensive, costing $500,000 and up for the high-end ones with their own engine. A "slider" is a common feature. A slider slides out from the main part of the mobile home and slides back in when on the road.

Right, there wasn't much space for clothes.
How cool and practical .
Смотрел в интернете. Некоторые такие домики выглядят, как какие-то жилища колонистов на других планетах из игры Mass Effect.😀
Хотя возможно они в том числе оттуда брали идеи. 🤔
very futuristic design
The veranda could capture snow and water. Needs a wider/bigger roof near the outdoor balcony.
Russell, you have not visited the international green school in Ubud Bali, fully constructed in bamboo. It is environmental friendly with nature. Far more beautiful than glass tiny house. There is a tour to green school, remember this place for next vacation to Bali 🌻
Very interesting bachelor pad :)
love this ... wow love to live in this Im from New Zealand
Can you imagine these on some open property somewhere in New Zealand.
Perfect for a vacation house if you have a piece of land
I love it❤
wow...this affordable housing unit can help give people good housing
We’ve been doing tiny homes for ages in Australia they are called caravans and totally moveable.
This is the brightest I've seen Moscow area
0:15 They look like cabins ... Futuristic cabins 🧐
They are meant to be capsule homes. But if they came in different colours like greens or something else that would fit in with the environment and maybe had a bedroom module included, I think 🤔 they would be popular.
One day these tiny houses will be spacecrafts you can travel in and live in at the same time. You only need to find a plot of land to land on and move on whenever you like :)
that is looking amazing
Very good no need to pay for extra rent of monthly maintenance fees, just buy your own house directly
Fantastic - I'll buy 2, one in light brown and one in gray.
and the longer version.
I would buy some land near a lake and rent them out
probably get $350/night for 6 months or about $60,000 rent for the year.
With a 6-year payback, I'd gladly pay $350,000 each (including finance charges)
Heck, I'll take 4, a forest green and tan for the last 2.
Very nice but hurry before there are cheap American knoff offs...
None would live there without water, canalization, electricity
I'm alone so I could live in one of those.
near a hill or lake. where it is more scenic. would be great. like a small rental cottage.
@@SunriseLAW of you heard the price of that one
If I'm not mistaken it was 15000 dollars! I can't even buy half a car with that
@@fortunaMinecraft 15?I heard 50.
It is good for AirBnB type of guest-hosting, over night or just a few days.
pretty cool for a small cottage instead of a trailer
Sangat menarik sekali 👍👍👍👍👍
very futuristic
love those volferda chinese houses.
There pretty cool to walk though in person.
That's urie again. He's everywhere 😅
