I'm excited to use this for rows, rear delt raises and spider curls (which have always been awkward for me to do on an incline bench). Another nice feature is you can position the pad perpendicular to the floor and use it as a backstop to prevent cheating when doing heavy curls. Looking forward to any additional videos!
So I actually am a huge fan of the lever squat. The padding is a bit thin so you will get marks on your back when going heavy. Sometimes to the point of bleeding. But it’s Titan so there’s always gotta be some BS. I use it at least once a week though
