IMO entire hinjawadi has proved to be a huge bottleneck with haphazard construction all over with absolutely no infrastructure to support the chaos..! for investors the ROI will be negligible to even nil..! For end users with "majboori" can only think of it.. peace ✌

I visited Rohan Ipsita to talk with people living there and they were positive about the experience with the builder. They said the water issue is present in all the societies in Hinjewadi. Society was completely dependent on tankers till now but now they have dug a borewell and installed a water softener plant.
