- In Hinjawadi, Maan, Pune, Maan-Hinje Township Developers LLP is developing a residential project named The Gale at Godrej Park World, with MahaRERA Number P52100054971. Located near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk Metro Station, Hinjawadi Phase- 1 and the Mumbai - Pune - Bengaluru Highway.

The project is spread over 6.5 acres and includes six towers, one of which is designated as a Commercial tower, set in an environment with green spaces. The development plans to offer 1, 2, and 3 BHK flats as well as shops. Additionally, 4 & 5 BHK flats are also available as Jodi Flats.
This project was launched in February 2024, with the expectation of MahaRERA possession by March 2029. Tower 1 to 5 is planned to have a composition of 2 Basement, 1 Ground floor, 3 level parking, and 36 Floors, and Tower 6 is anticipated to be 1 Ground floor, Mezzanine Floor, which is fully commercial Shops.
Each tower is expected to have 5 lifts, including 1 designated as fire lifts, aimed at ensuring accessibility and safety for the residents. The total number of apartments is planned to be 1402.
The project seeks to offer its residents a range of amenities and facilities.

About construction's quality, What is expected to be done by builder?
Good info! Ty very much! My concern is about availability of water. We hear about water shortage in some places in pune and surrounding areas. Some projects have water harvesting feature. There have been forecasts in internet articles and videos about water scarcity in the near future because of global warming and climate change. These amazing high rise structures are really AWESOME and GRAND! Love them all but what if there is water availability problem?

Jodi flat possible = RCC + Bricks construction. Why Godrej is building so tall that is not Mivan? Why not use cheaper (for such height), faster to execute and superior construction technology?
