It feels like it was designed by someone who isn't aware of Indian conditions. While that ceiling to floor shelf is cool, it will be covered in dust within days and there's no way to clean it, same for the chandeliers. The overwhelming white colors will also show dust and dirt very quickly. And with so many knick knacks and stuff in each room, it is the opposite of minimalist being completely cluttered.
seriously, shudder to think of the maintenance and cleaning it will need everyday.
There is always a difference in regular Makeup and Bridal Makeup. This is a Sample/Show Villa designed by British Designer Kelly Hopens. Panchshil sells bareshell Villas for every Individual/Family to design their own home.

Very good house. So calm and peaceful.I know many people may have a different opinion but then this house is not for everyone. Don't get me wrong but there are people who would love to have such a beautiful house. Very classy and cool nest.

in india there is no value for money for properties. saw a flat costing 1cr and above and 6 flats on one floor, lol, like a slum, no privacy at all. the amenities very basic and for namesake. better to go for some basic property with some vfm
@@deepakpune1 absolutely with minimum sqft area builders trying to fit 3 bhk (850 sq ft) room sizes are just 10X10 or even less it has become match box like design. Celing height not even 8 ft one can easily touch. They are pricing from 95 laks to 1.35 cr
This is far much better than 219 boat club road flat, which cost tripple amount ₹ than this villa

Hi I am Dr Banerjee from Kolkata. I am interested. I am slightly confused though about the price and configuration of the villas. I gather there are two types of villas according to the area available. I will much appreciate if I could have a clearer idea regarding this. I am keen about a ready to move villa without any furniture but with all electrical/ electronic accessories. I believe a lift is a common factor. If you could also give me an idea regarding maintenance fees.

2. The house seems to be firangi standards and design. Nothing influenced from Indian typical house setups.

If ceiling bulb is fuse, how one will replace.
By paying Rs. 1500 labour charges to an electrician to replace a 100 Rs. bulb.
There are two ways to do that. The first is old fashion ladder. The second is telescopic bulb changer that allows you to change bulbs. It has a clip at the top that you can use to grab the bulb and then rotate the stick to remove the old bulb or secure the new bulb.

Pune is always overly priced and so called luxury is not chic but contemporary. Mostly In india luxury means misconceptualized by imported items like Italian marbles, jacuzzi, giving some French Italian name to structures. Also adding artificial plants and trees makes it even more fake. More organic and locally preferred luxury is far from reality.

There is an internal lift. Watch the whole video. Climbing stairs is also a healthy thing to do by the way. It has nothing to do with paying a lot of money. The internal lift is mainly used by those who are in pain or have disabilities. Wealthy people in fact treasure their health above everything else and do everything possible to ensure that physical activity is incorporated into their daily lives. Climbing stairs is a great way to stay fit. As they say - Use it or you lose it 😉
