    Free Motocross Workout Program:
So I created a motocross fitness program that will make sure you're able to run a full race without getting tired. The best part is that it's totally free!
Included in what you can download (for free) is this:
2 Programs. An amateur racer program, for those looking to take it a little more seriously and a weekend warrior program. The Weekend Warrior program is for the average Joe just looking to increase his/her fitness.
Additionally there is a nutrition book called The Food Factor. It includes everything you need to know about food and what to eat/when to eat it, race day information and a bunch of other stuff.
And if I needed to keep going there is a bunch of other resources like guides to help you out.
To get it, just head over to the iRide website:
    www.iridesupplements.com
Enter your email. That's it!! Totally free. No tricks.
If there are any other how to videos you would like to see, leave a comment and let me know!

Great tips Mitch. I’m bad for using the clutch to cover up mistakes. Cornering in general is definitely smoother and better flowing when I’m off the clutch. Slower is definitely harder. I can totally relate to that.

What about straight-line ruts? What should your body position be? What if it's REALLY sticky?
I recently went through a straight-line rut (standing position). I picked a line, looked ahead, went fast, and my wheel just dug in like super glue and I went flying. Really shook my confidence. What did I do wrong? Thx 🙏🏻

for those, get in standing attack position but position more weight at the rear wheel to maximize bite and keep the front end light, keep consistent throttle, at least 1/2 to 3/4 and look very far ahead. grip with knees and ankles, balls of feet on pegs and keep you grip and shoulders loose. don't look at your front fender. It's very much like hitting whoops except you're further back on the bike
