This is awesome . Love the flooring and design concept! for that price its well worth it. I am not a flat roof fan so let me pay the 18.5! with the layout of the flat-roofed house design(kitchen; front entrance foyer; mazela and covered roof patio in the master bedroom. Don't like an open laundry wash area(flat roof house). I would add solar roof panels . An egg chair (patio) with a nice book already visualizing :) . This is very much an American/European design concept looks like it!. Would love to see Tatu City mix development featured on your end. kudos really nicely done
Sasa these developers wanaharibu. 18.5M for that design? They are just wasting these spaces. I think he/she needs SERIOUS Real Estate benchmarking. The interior is Ok (5/10) but the exterior design hapana(2/10). It looks like the old houses in BuruBuru. My offer 9M.
Hata usiende mbali, just check the three video Mansa did 2 months ago, the 9.5M/10M and 17M mansions and compare it to this house @alismith1618 you are the type of guys who just buy things.😂😂
These houses must have had a Scandinavian influence going by the architectural design. The finishings are 💯. Good homes for anyone who looks to retirement to enjoy fresh air as well as for young families. Beautiful work. Price wise? Probably a little over board. Ksh 14M-16M would do.
Based on what I have seen in the market for that price, I would say the pricing is okay! You don’t get finishings being this well executed at this pricing, but these guys got it right!
Ati flat roof? They have a Nazi concentration camp vibe. The second house looks like a complete joke. They are giving a vibe of a lonely haunted estate in a horror movie like Saw.
@@infinitebb hehehehehe... They look strange and miserable. By just looking at them, you get the impression that the developers did their best to save on development costs for the sole purpose of maximizing their profits. I wish they used different color schemes in the exterior, that plain white is looking medical and colonial. I'd not even want to visit for viewing. I don't want that vibe to rub up on me.... 💀💀💀

These Kenyan houses are so basic, compact and overpriced for nothing. Architectry behind them is so one dimensional nothing artistic, poetric or futuristic. Basic drawings.
Every week at 15:00 EAT on Tuesday, it is always time for the best channel!
Thank you Dave 🙏🏾
Am glad you guys have covered this coz I was concerned about th flooding and now I see this property is safe.Thank you
You have bought a unit there? If not yet, please buy through us 😅 in case you are considering.
Not bad! Bet it looks even better once the yard and everything is done! Nice work guys!
Sure thing, once the whole place is green, it will look very good
Wahenga na wahenguzi blabla, nyumba njema si mlango, ingia ndani and it's true ❤
The interior is well executed!

Thank you Angela! We have featured some of the houses at Tatu city on this show, last year that is, unity city!

9M😂 you must be dreaming. These are beautiful well worth it homes in my opinion for that price.
@@alismith1618 I want you to watch all Mansa plus videos of properties worth 10M-15M and compare it with this house.

That's true man this house hapana. It's not worth the price, kwanza hizo windows ni ndogo sana
There are better houses than this. The 9.5M/10M and 17M Mansions justifies my point.

I agree, the price is a little too high but I like the interior
6 million is a good price

These houses have a soviet look. Is the developer from Russia?
I came here to say the same thing and this is the first comment I found.... 😂
They have a colonial vibe.... Nazi concentration camps...😂
Must be the house placement!
This was good 😂.
The both soft spoken voices sells the house-
Thank you Elizabeth 🙏🏾
The kitchen kidogo iko down haikai the house i give it a 5 ... house not bad though...lakini lions nazo 🤣 in Rongai 🙆🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️
nice tour
Thank you 🙏🏾
Considering what other developers are doing, this has alot of yard space.
It sure does!
Considering the other you have covered, these should not cost anything above 10m... The developer decided to be own architect
I prefer the 1st house. It feels more spacious. The garden at the back is more private. Thank you. When are you going to Nyayuki?
I agree with you on that 💯. Working on it.
Nyanyikie?
Love
🙏🏾
Today you had to start the show with Gumboots😂😂😂. Always waiting for this show every Tuesday
Thank you Kariuki. Hii mvua inasumbua bana!
First and foremost this area is so beautiful I know this house near African nazarin university I have a plot there just neighborhood so welcome guys
That’s a good location!
Who is the interior executor? The fundis /contractor who did the finishes deserves a mention.
They sure did a good job! That information falls under our consultancy services.
Houses look like the houses i drew in nursery school 🤣 cmon developers.. pull your socks up for that price.
Eastern Europe have the same shaped house's
@nickngunjiri4282 yeah ive seen those type.. these houses are ugly.
Simplicity 😂
Love the 2 house but iam not fun of flat roof house
Thank you Ian.
surely why 18m for this thing real estate is making money look valueless
😅 kuna options
But this one too small I have been visited
Ati flat roof?

😂Olekasasi will be a beautiful place 😊😊😊
That’s for sure 💯
I prefer the cheaper house.
Ati that live fence will be fully mature by Dec!!?? Kwani hio ni fertilizer gani ina tumika hapo?
Si ni Mimi nakushow 😂 Wewe unaipea mpaka lini?
Of all the properties you have showcased this should cost at most 7M that price is not justified for sure.
For 18m the master needs to have double vanity at least
Haven’t seen a double vanity in any house we have toured at that market price, but I agree that it would be a nice touch
For views ni sawa but 18.5M hapo nayo zii...😅
Weeee, how did Willys know that the leather couch does not irritate when you are .... wacha tu.. Let's continue with the tour 😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂 PG 🤣
This is a total rip off.I cant even fork out 10m for those houses. Alafu ziko rongai.
I lived rongai and i TOTALLY concur
Mansa, which part of Rongai is this? Am interested
@@DjTripleK oh! Ok. Huko ni mbali sana
Nope...from Maasai lodge is 2km tarmac then 500m rough rough rough road. Rem i have emphasized on rough rough rough road 😅😅😅@@gladyschepkorir6789

Aiih, kwani 18m haina value?
lol, it’s money
Overpriced underwhelming houses. Please do not spend your 18 m like this. The competition is steep. We don’t even have a family room in this. Eeh!
This is demonic i swear
You mean this is the value of 18M...😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂..surely developers
Kuna options, but it’s actually a fair deal if you consider the communal accept that you will be buying into.
Madness
If you spend 18m on this you need to be admitted into a mental institute.

Just watched this episode , my 5yrs old can come up with better designs than this developer ! 18.5m?
This houses are ugly
