I have struggled to find ONE bad aspect of this development. The floor plan is to die for. The openness reminds me of Chakits’ properties. The environment is giving, that is what you call a water feature. The DSQ is super thought out. The kitchen backsplash is something we never knew we wanted till we had it. I love how the lower level bedrooms open up to the backyard. I would convert that reading space into a kitchenette for the upper level. Who needs a master bedroom TV when you have views for days like that? The house was already a 10 out of 10, but given the price point and the fact that it’s inside a gated community with all the amenities, it’s a 15 out of 10. Remind me to watch the video during the weekend so that I take a shot for every time we talk of natural lighting

For me, this is the best house you've showcased so far based on landscape and house layout. Even the BQ is decent, because I wouldn't want anyone working for me living in a cramped space. I'm definitely watching as since I visited Kenya last year, it has been on my radar to live...signed a future potential buyer in the UK 😊

The house is very well designed. The finishing in the bathrooms is of very high quality. I like the single glazed windows and doors because when shut, they keep the noise out completely. The house is just but the right size for a family or even for a retiree who expects to be hosting their grandchildren whenever they come to visit. It's just the right size of a house as opposed to the humongous houses which end up become palatial ghost houses when all the children grow up and leave the house.
Interesting that you mentioned retirees because we noticed most of the residents in phase 1 ni retirees.
Am a plumber and am impressed with the bathroom finish they have done a good job everything has been clearly thought out

Nice gated community. Mansa you did not talk about water availability since it is in machakos😂 and maybe if the solar water heater at the roof if it comes as standard in all houses.

Thank you Dan. They have a borehole and piped water as well from the county council. Maji iko kwa wingi, huoni venye wako na water fountain kubwa 😂. The solar heating is standard.
I like this house, plenty space! I see the potential in it in to be modernized to my liking! I’d make color changes and few other things and live happily! But that plot next door for my garden and grow fruit and vegetables!
That's a great idea! I believe it would look so beautiful. You would actually love this location because of the warm weather it offers all year round and the beautiful plains spreading out.

What a beautiful home, I love the improvements made from Phase 1, love the colours of the home, the navy blue is my vibe! The price is great value for money, Kyumvi however, is kinda far for me. Great job on showcasing the space as always!

That Kitchen set up with the breakfast bar set up is exquisite. Seen houses well over 100m that arent even remotely that good. Overall great house and great staging, Really great value for money even after you consider location

I love the floor plan layout, ... just a concern on the staircase and balconies balustrades..they should be vertical with gaps not exceeding 150mm for safety of toddlers and the likes. .. also in the bathrooms it would be good if you do floor to ceiling tiling and provide inbuilt WC for easy cleaning..
